Entire home is a Smart Home run on the Savant system so all lights, blinds, speakers, etc. can be managed from the home smart remote or Iphone. Furnished with high-end furniture from restoration hardware, etc.

The Space

The rental includes a golf cart, bicycle, 8 chairs, outdoor sitting table, 75" living room tv with surround system, Apple TV (Netflix, Prime, HBOMax, Disney+, etc.), TVs in master and three of the other bedrooms, high speed Wifi, A/C throughout the residence, peloton and sauna in garage and 24-hour security. The home is environmentally sustainable, fully powered by solar with 4 tesla powerwalls and access to the grid and a generator for double redundancy. This smart home has electronic drapes, lights, speakers (in the living, dining, kitchen, and master bath), and exteriors cameras all run through the Savant smart home system.

The town of Dorado is a beautiful beach town that has everything you may need. From local and franchise restaurants, movie theaters, grocery stores, specialty deli stores, pharmacies, and more.

IMPORTANT: We are unable to transfer/lend our club membership which provides access to all amenity spaces on campus (gym, water park, encanto pool, etc.) For an additional fee and subject to availability a membership sponsorship and Club Membership. "Dorado Club Membership": grants access to the Dorado Beach Resort amenities, the Ritz Carlton Reserve Encanto Beach Club, and Restaurants in our approximately 1,400-acre community, including:

• The Watermill: private aquatic waterpark fashioned after a traditional Puerto Rican sugar mill.
• Encanto Beach Club, Bar & Grill: Two fabulous infinity pools overlooking the ocean, shady poolside cabanas, and a casual Beach Grill restaurant.

THIS PROPERTY IS BRAND NEW AND WILL REQUIRE A SIGNIFICANT DEPOSIT. A LIST OF ALL FIXTURES AND FURNITURE ARE ON HAND AND ANY DAMAGES TO THE PROPERTY OR FF&E WILL RESULT IN A DEDUCTION AGAINST THE DEPOSIT FOR FULL REPLACEMENT.
