This is a beautiful house in a great location.We easily shared the house with another family (cousins loved sharing the bunk rooms!)There are so many areas in the house to hang out together. The master bedroom and closets have a wow factor! The kitchen is well equipped. Lots of beach towels and chairs are provided. We would definitely consider booking the house again!

The communication was excellent all along the trip: checking in was easy and all needs were met during the stay. The house is big, allowing for privacy in each room. Kitchen and living room are neat and modern. Overall would stay again.

The house is beautiful and had everything we needed. The beds were comfy.We never got the pool warm so we didn’t get to use it.I know this is beyond your control but there is a massive mudhole covering the road into the house. It was there for our entire stay. It is knee deep and with construction going on, I was afraid to wade thru it. Maybe this will clear up when the neighbors complete their construction.We walked to the beach one day by getting into a neighbor’s yard. You don’t have private beach access but it’s super easy as there is a path right across the road (maybe 1/2 mile) from the house.Driving to the beach requires you pay for parking. The state park nearby that we visited one day charged 35 for entry & parking.You could drive a little further & get street parking.I would give it a 5 if we could have warmed the pool & if not for the mud puddle. Hopefully that will be resolved soon. The house is very pretty.

Everything was great from start to finish. Everyone was more than accommodating and made sure everything was taken care of from every angle. They Even checked in to make sure everything was going more than well and see if anything was needed. The house was great and we had an incredible stay.

Pleasantly surprised, we spent 35 days , there is more to the property than the pictures, beach accessories, bikes (6), 5 minute access to the beach etc, pool and outside dining area layout is perfect for family and kids. Property manager, Brampton parks, is on the ball, great service! Would rent again.

we love visiting Delray and Boca, inlaws live in Boynton. wanted to be near beach with pool. this house was perfect. was great they had all the beach stuff and bikes. house was clean and suited our family of 5 perfectly. a short drive to both Delray and Boca. Thanks!

Great Location

Overall, the property was excellent. Manager was quick to answer a couple of questions I had (regarding beach and pool). There were 5 bicycles in the garage that the girls were happy to find upon arriving. Beach chairs and umbrellas as well as coolers were convenient and very much appreciated. The master suite is enourmous. We could easily have had 12-14 people here. We had 7 in our group (3 adults 4 teens). We will consider again next year when we return.
