From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as pictured (if not better!). The location was perfect—peaceful, yet close to everything we needed.What made our stay truly exceptional was the host, Sherwin. He went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed and cared for. From thoughtful touches around the house to prompt and kind communication, he was truly one of the best hosts we’ve ever encountered. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests and their experience.If you’re looking for a relaxing and beautiful getaway with a host who treats you like family, this is the place. Our time at the "South Florida Spacious Oasis" was nothing short of wonderful.

Our family had an incredible time staying at the "South Florida Spacious Oasis" in Deerfield Florida. From the moment we walked in, we knew it was going to be a great stay. The house is spacious and the kids had plenty of room to run around and play inside, and the open floor plan kept everyone together. The house was located close to local shops and restaurants, which made it easy to explore the area without long drives. This house is made for families with young children. Sherwin went above and beyond to ensure families like ours had everything they need while traveling with young children! From beach chairs, umbrellas, stroller, swimming pool toys, beach toys, baby monitor and so much more! You could tell the owner wanted parents to feel at ease while traveling with their children! It was so appreciated! The kids loved the pool area, which was beautifully maintained and kept at a VERY nice temperature for swimming day and night. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made meal prep easy and having a highchair available for our infant made meal time with small children a breeze! The luxurious outdoor spaces were our favorite spots for evening meals, cocktails and conversation around the table top fire.Sherwin was very responsive and accommodating. He provided us with detailed instructions about the house and things to do in the area. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and he even checked in with us frequently to ensure everything was going well!

A great vacation experience!

The property was clean and spacious, perfect space for all our needs. We enjoyed all the outdoor amenities, especially the heated pool, and all communication with the owner was answered quickly & professionally. The location is great; all the area beaches, towns, & restaurants are easily accessible within 15min either way or 5 min down the road to Deerfield. A wonderful property in every way!

Lovely home at a great Location!

Our host, Sherwin, was incredible! The property is well kept, the backyard is a beautiful, private oasis and the entire experience was so well managed! Sherwin gave us so many options of things to do in the area! He provided everything we needed and was available at all times to answer our questions “pronto” which was extremely helpful! It’s one of our favorite vacations so far, and would definitely recommend it to others!

Beautiful home

Wed like to thank Shirwin for being a wonderful host. the home is lovely, super clean and has lots of amenities that made our stay perfect. the best part for us was the pool and the master bedroom has a really nice bathroom, very spacious. the beds were very comfortable and they supplied lots of towels for our family of 9. the kitchen has lots of pots and utensils that was very useful since we decided to stay in and cook. this was my first time renting an rbnb and it was great, checking in and out was smooth. thanks again, we will definitely be back.

Wonderful Retreat

We are so glad we found this house in Deerfield Beach. It is located in a great spot near popular beaches. The house has been extensively updated and has everything you would need. The pool and backyard are so nice that you don’t even want to go to the beach. The property owner is very attentive and engaged to ensure a good time is had by everyone. I highly recommend this home for a family vacation in South Florida.

Perfect family vacation

We had a wonderful family vacation with plenty of room for our family and nanny. The kids had tons of space to run around and lots of activities and toys to occupy themselves. Sherwin set us up with a safety fence for the pool and was highly highly accommodating and made our stay so fun and relaxing. We plan to come back soon!!

Care of family member stay

Needed the home for my brother recuperating from quadruple bypass surgery the house and furniture were somewhat outdated for the price we paid but it was large with ample walking room for my brothers recovery the backyard and pool was wonderful but the pool needed a railing it was dangerous for us getting in and out we are people in our 60’s this was told to Sherwin who would have had a rail inserted but we didn’t want construction going on while we were there because it would of put the pool out of use but he did address the issue right away Sherwin was beyond wonderful any request or problem we had was addressed right away there were no bars in the showers but Sherwin brought over a shower chair and put it together for us that was so very kind of him and it was so useful for my 79yo brother the house had everything we needed but things were on the old side and should be updated otherwise we were satisfied with our stay and this was our 1st VRBO experience and Sherwin makes us want to do it again.

Awesome from start to finish

The home was beautiful with everything you could possibly want and more! Exactly like photos. The pool area is magnificent and the kids had a ball. The location was perfect in a safe neighborhood close to everything. The home was equipped with safety features for young children which we appreciated! Loved this house!

My family and I came down to the Fort Lauderdale area for spring break. We wanted to be near the beach but have the ability to visit the area’s sites. The location of this house is terrific. It’s a short 5-7 minute drive to the nearest beach (shorter if there hadn’t been traffic). There are so many convenient spots right by the house including a Target only a block away, many restaurants and grocery stores. The house was awesome for our stay. Plenty of room, very comfortable and family friendly. Sherwin, the owner, thought of just about everything, including welcoming us with a bottle of wine and fresh flowers. The house was immaculate when we arrived- everything was very clean including bedding, bathrooms, kitchen appliances. Sherwin kept in regular contact with us to make sure we were happy. There were many things to love about this house but the two best were the pool and the tiki hut in the backyard. Sherwin welcomed my kids with a HUGE flamingo float, and glowing floats in the pool. It was so fun! I’d highly recommend this property to anyone looking for convenience, and a great getaway! We hope to return soon! Thank you Sherwin for sharing this property with my family!

Wonderful stay!!

Beautiful home - stocked with all of the necessities! The pool was very very nice, plenty of space for 2 adults and 3 18yr. olds. An amazing little donut shop is within walking distance, as well as Target (so convenient!); also a very short distance from Deerfield Beach. The home has plenty of room - and was very comfortable. Would highly recommend!!! Thank-you Sherwin - you were a wonderful host!

A home away from home

Sherwin was great at answering our questions and making sure we had everything we needed. The home is in pristine condition and in fact looks better than the pictures taken. Thanks for being so accommodating and for the concierge support. Would definitely stay here again.
