This apartment is very well located, 5min walk to Pramousquier Beach, a Proxi (little grocery store)

This apartment is very well located, 5min walk to Pramousquier Beach, a Proxi (little grocery store) outside of the residence is so convenient. The Petit train du Lavandou stop just outside the entrance gate. 2 great restaurants (la cabane, le jardin gourmand) outside of the residence. You have a beautiful view of the sea and you can also wave at people in the pool. The balcony is big and very enjoyable. Théo was a great communicator and helpful. He was also flexible with our last minute plans. I would recommend this place!

Appartement très propre, literie confortable, très calme Cette location offre des prestations comme la piscine a disposition, un parking numéroté et privatif, un accès a un sentier privé qui conduit a la plage et dans lequel vous avez un rince pieds et un gardien dans la résidence L Appartement dispose d une très bonne climatisation et de baies de coulissantes et robinetteries neuves et de tout le confort que l'on retrouve chez soi (lave vaisselle, lave linge, television et tous les petits electro menagers)On retrouve toutes sortes de vaisselles en quantité suffisante et diversifiées La vue est magnifique Le balcon est très grand pour les moments de repas sympa ainsi que les transats pour se prélasser au soleil ou a l ombre d un store banneMr Théo est un hôte professionnel très compétent et très serviable. Un grand merci à Nathalie et son mari pour leur réservation. Ce fut un plaisir de les accueillir, ils se sont très bien occupés du logement et l'on rendu dans un état impeccable, je les recommandes.

Théo a été accueillant et flexible par rapport à nos horaires et je le remercie

Théo a été accueillant et flexible par rapport à nos horaires et je le remercie. L'appartement est très bien situé, à 5 minutes à pied de la plage par un petit sentier. Présence d'une supérette au pied de la résidence très pratique. (2 Restaurants aussi non essayés) La terrasse est grande et bénéficie d'une vue mer très agréable. Le petit équipement du quotidien est vieillissant par rapport à la prestation globale proposée. Un kit d'accueil suffisant (papier toilette, éponge, produits...) serait également le bienvenu. Cela reste néanmoins une location à conseiller sans hésiter!
