Great location, very nice quiet community with clubhouse, pool, walking distance to Miracle Mile plazas (Bonefish Grille, Panera, TJ Maxx, Deep 6 etc.). Updated appliances, granite countertops in kitchen and baths. Second floor with a screened-in balcony. You will enjoy it.
