Loved this place - perfect location, and stocked with everything we needed and more (a great selection of board games and beach things)! Great layout, pool and view. Our host was so attentive and kind. Nothing but great things to say - we plan to stay here next year.

Vacation with family

Great location with pool and beach just minutes away. Easy check in/ check out. Although an older place, it was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Paul was a great host and easy to contact. There was some storm damage to the outside of the condo which didn’t affect our stay but we were not made aware of it in advance. Also the slider to outside had no handle on the outside which made it difficult to open to get back inside. I did let the owner know that we had an issue with this door. Overall we enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the future!

I been vacationing in Vero for almost 45 years. This condo was perfect for us. We had our own spaces plus common area. The unit is close to my favorite restaurant. The pool was perfect as was the beach. Will definitely rent again! Location, location , location!☀️ We just could mot figure out how to receive network tv.

Great Place well located and very quiet neighborhood the weather was Not great But very Rested week if you re looking for some rest This is Your place to rent! Also if you.BBQ they don't allowed at the property but next to the condo community is a park with BBQ place where you Can Grill with everything you need to do a Good Asado!

Quiet condo in excellent location

We spent a week here with 3 adults while in town to visit family. The condo was a great size for the 3 of us. We enjoyed the sound and view of the waves, as well as the large, heated pool on the property. The location is perfect for going to the beach and just a short drive away from most of the beach restaurants and shops. On our first day our air conditioning was not working and the owner promptly contacted us to get it fixed while we were out for the day. He was very easy to communicate with and made our check-in easy despite getting delayed 2 hours in our arrival. We had a great time and would absolutely stay here again.

Family Vacation

This place was perfect for our family of four. 1st floor gave us immediate access to the pool and beach. We could see the sunrise every morning too! The host provided everything needed for the beach. I highly recommend staying here!!

Great location

This property was very nice. The beach was very close. Due to the hurricane, the stairs down to the beach were unusable, so we had to walk about a block to a park that had access to the beach. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. We would love to stay there again.

Great Location

The unit is exactly as described and pictures are accurate. Great value considering the location and size of the condo. Daniel is very responsive. Unfortunately for us, the timing was great having arrived 3-4 weeks after a hurricane which greatly eroded the beach and was mostly wiped away when a second hurricane arrived during our stay. Will look to return next year.

Comfy accommodations with backyard, access to pool and sandy beach right on the ocean!

We experienced excellent communication with the property manager, the whole step of the way! Ease of renting the property and ease of entering and leaving as well went smoothly. Very nice accommodations. Enjoyed the sound of the waves and the little treasures found on the beach! Great time!

Location was perfect. Steps to beach and pool, which were never crowded. We walked into town every morning for breakfast & were right across the street from Village Market. Owner was quick to respond & very professional, condo as described.

Excellent Location

High marks for this condo and its owner! The property is slightly older, but well-maintained and clean. And the location absolutely can't be beat. Steps from the pool and right next to the beach. You can see the ocean from the windows. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We slept comfortably and had all the amenities we needed. We loved the pool, especially the fact they use chemicals other than chlorine to keep it clean, so we could stay in it for hours without being overwhelmed. The beach is super easy to walk to - so close! - and relatively private. You certainly won't have to jockey for position. It's an easy walk down the beach to the boardwalk and into the Ocean Blvd-Vero Beach area. Close to restaurants and grocery stores, the art museum, and just a short drive to the treasure museum. (Highly recommend The Lemon Tree for breakfast/brunch.) And the owner, Daniel, is wonderfully responsive to any questions or requests. If you're looking for somewhere to enjoy a relaxing beachside vacation, with or without family in tow, and want to be just steps from a pool and beach, then this is the property for you.

Has everything you need! Up to date appliances and decor. 4 large floor to ceiling doors to view the Ocean and River. Most importantly it's a first floor unit, so out the back sliders, onto the porch, to the pool and then down the steps to the ocean! No roads to cross, no elevator or stairs and no circumnavigating the building just to get to the pool. BE THERE IN SECONDS. You will find you enjoy the beach/pool more and you can utilize the unit for drinks and bathroom brakes. Porch can store bicycles, ever try keeping them inside a beach rental?
