We are Steven and Kathleen Andrade. I was a Lynchburg resident for over 20 years. When I first moved there, I thought I would live in Lynchburg forever. It is a beautiful place. We live in California now but have kept our homes in Virginia because we love returning to the peace, quiet, and beauty it has to offer.
Why they chose this property
I always wanted to own this house, even when I lived in Lynchburg for over 20 years. There were two houses side by side (I own them both now) which begged for love and attention. These homes are solid and hold the love of a family that owned them both at one time. I love the mature trees and vast yards so close to the city and amenities. You can't find homes like this anymore.
