Escape to our luxurious 3-bed, 2-bath modern retreat, a fully upgraded oasis that promises a memorable experience. Nestled in a tranquil setting, this home has a spacious backyard, perfect for unwinding. And, yes, we're pet-friendly, so your four-legged companions can join the fun too!

Enjoy the cozy fire pit, after a full day of fun at the beach. We also provide a golf cart to make beach trips a breeze.

Villa Azul is a 1 minute drive (5 minute walk) to the beach, 10 minute drive to Pier Park, and a 6 minute drive to 30A.

🏖 BEDROOMS:
Master Bedroom offers a king suite with huge bathroom. Shower includes two shower heads. The space overlooks the private backyard.

Bedroom 2 and 3 offer queen beds and share a spacious bathroom.

🏖 KITCHEN:
This kitchen is a chefs dream. Fully stocked with everything you could imagine. Large fridge, double sink, and tons of counter top space. Includes essentials such as: Pots, Pans, Plates, Cups, Coffee Maker, Blender, and much more.

Kitchen includes spacious eat in dining area with table equipped to see 6 people.

Our house offers an office space complete with a monitor, keyboard, & mouse to help you stay productive during your stay.

Loved our stay. This was the second spring break at this house. Let bed the new patio furniture and outdoor furniture. Loved the golf cart. Used it every day to go to beach as we are older adults enjoying our time with our kids. My only suggestion is at least one floor mirror in bedroom….

A Little Slice of Heaven 🏖️

We were greeted with a clean and welcoming environment of the home. The neighborhood is super quiet. The backyard an oasis of its own. Proximity to the beach was great and the golf cart was an added bonus. Rocky was extremely responsive to every message I sent. Easy and smooth- just what a vacation should be! Warning: You might not want to leave the house

Our entire family was very pleased with the home. In fact, we had to herd our kids out of it to go to the beach. Our Golden Retriever loved it, too. The interior of the house was exquisite. All furnishings, appliances, and amenities were as advertised and functioned as expected. This was truly a five star experience. If I had to nit-pick, only one area could be improved: the screened-in patio and outdoor patio area needed some outdoor furniture. Other than that, the property was perfect for a family of 5 and a dog. We plan on coming back soon!

What a spectacular home! Extremely cozy and spacious, on a quiet street with close access to the beach. The wide open concept really creates a large interior. The kitchen was fully stocked with all essentials. My pup loved running in the backyard.
