Any damage caused during your stay will incur a minimum $350 fee. Additional pet fee applies and is collected after booking.

The house was nice and clean upon arrival. Nice kitchen and bathrooms. We enjoyed our stay, nice neighborhood and location. close to beach. The outdoor patio area could use some TLC. Visible mold on door and patio, overgrown bushes, weeds, dirty garden hose, etc.

BEAUTIFUL

This is our 2nd time staying at this location. It's very quiet and relaxing, the backyard with a pool is the best. This house is beautiful, clean and has everything you need. Looking forward to staying here again♥️

Fabulous February!

Paradise on the Palm was an amazing home away from home. My wife and I had the time of our life enjoying the sun, pool, and beach. We also were able to enjoy sometime with family who came and stayed with us for a night or two. It was a Fabulous February for sire. Thank you!

Loved this home. I felt comfortable the minute I walked in the door. Layout was nice. Pool relaxing. Too bad it wasn't heated. That would have made our stay exceptional. The managers were great. Immediate response to any issue we had or our suggestions.

This house was as advertised, very nice. Pool chilly but still nice. Though not a deal breaker for us we would strongly encourage that basic cable television be provided. The house has Roku but we were unable to get any local channels. Service by Panhandle Getaways was great. We will be back.

Clean and Quiet

The entire home was exceptionally clean and we really appreciated that. The primary bedroom mattress despirately needs to be replaced. The impressions in the mattress were so deep that we could not sleep on it. The home itself is nice, but it is aggressively decorated. There is decor on nearly every surface which made some difficulty in placing our items around that we used. Not much in the area, but we knew that going in. Unfortunately, the pool was too chilly to use.

Spring break 2023

Great house and location. The house was very clean and beautiful. The only cons to this house was that the pool was not heated. We offered to pay extra to hear it but the heater was unable to be turned on. Kitchen was well stocked. Had a kuerig coffee maker but not a regular one. No big deal. We just bought an inexpensive coffee maker for the week. Enjoyed our stay at this location.

House was beautiful. Pool made the long weekend worth it. Beach is about a 5 minute walk. The neighborhood was quiet, walkable. Never spoke to property management. Let 2 messages, no call back despite asking for one. Text message worked, but I like to hear a voice sometimes. Not sure about looking a property managed by this company. Arrived early (didn't realize time change). Asked to check in early. Could not. Said property wasn't ready. Garbage already outside. PM said it had to be inspected but didn Would go back to PCB.

Perfect quiet getaway

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this VRBO property and I must say it was one of the best beach vacations we've had. The house was immaculate and it had all the amenities we needed, from fully equipped kitchen to comfortable beds and linens. The living room was spacious and perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful even during spring break. The beach was just a short 5-minute walk away, which was incredibly convenient. We loved spending our days soaking up the sun, and the proximity to the beach made it easy to come and go as we pleased. The only minor issue we encountered was the neighbor's dogs barking behind the pool fence while we were outside. However, the owners were extremely courteous and made sure to keep their dogs inside when we were outside, which we appreciated. Overall, I would highly recommend this VRBO property to anyone looking for a perfect beach getaway. The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The neighborhood was great, the beach was close by, and the owners were fantastic. It was truly a 10/10 experience. Also try the sunnyside grill nearby but remember to bring cash!

Fair and Honest Review

Let me start by saying that the house itself was great. It has been updated and is in a quiet neighborhood. The pool was the highlight. However, a couple of things to know…the home directly behind this house has 2 dogs that from what I can tell, live outside. They bark constantly at the fence separating the two homes and it’s annoying to say the least. If bringing a dog of your own, it will be a relentless fence battle.More importantly, due to the massive amount of road construction on the only main thoroughfare to downtown PCB, it literally took us 45 minutes (no matter the time of day) to go the 10 miles to where all the restaurants, tourist spots and activities were. Even using WAZE. So, if you’re planning on venturing out, I would definitely recommend being much closer to avoid the frustration of so much time sitting in the terrible traffic. It’s an enormous road expansion project and will go on for some time.My concerns regarding the house were the 3 bedroom mattresses. They obviously never get turned and all 3 were completely collapsed on one side vs the other. It’s like sleeping in a pothole with your partner looking down at you. They are extremely soft and worn out. It is punishment if you are used to sleeping on any type of firm mattress or have back issues. Secondly , one of the bedrooms has a TV that you cannot watch due to where it is mounted so you will not want anyone in there that actually watches TV. You will PAY for early/late checkout of even 1 hr. Awful.
