This East-end Quarter Acre Oasis is located on a short, serene cul-de-sac on the north side of 30A in Seacrest-West, Florida. Enjoy a leisurely 2 minute walk to the small neighborhood’s private beach where you can always find a front row spot to set up the provided Tommy Bahama Chairs and enjoy the mesmerizing turquoise waters of the Gulf. If you don't want to deal with the crowds at Seacrest-East beach, Rosemary beach, Seaside beach or nearby public beaches, then this is the spot for you. Fly a kite, fling a frisbee, or throw a football without bothering anyone. Enjoy the Sun setting over the gulf to the west and the Moon rising over the gulf to the East with this perfect beach location.

Take the 4 complimentary adult bikes for a short and scenic half-mile bike ride east to the stunning Mediterranean inspired Alys Beach, another half-mile to charming Seacrest Village, and another half-mile to the famous Swiss Alps inspired Rosemary Beach. Throughout the bike ride you will love the scenery filled with palm trees and a collection of quaint shops, charming boutiques and upscale restaurants.

The fun doesn't stop there though with this location - cruise a one-and-a half mile bike or golf cart ride west with the gulf breeze in your hair and you will cross over the scenic Coastal Camp Creek Dune Lake to reach "The Big Chill." It hosts concerts, movies & sports games on a jumbotron, restaurants, bars and boutique shops. Take the golf cart an additional 2 miles to find the Old Florida Fish House and a quaint village where you can dine on scenic Coastal Eastern Dune Lake, enjoy a coffee, or buy fresh fish at Buddy's Market. On your way back home, stop by Coastal Deer Dune-Lake State Park where you can walk or bike a quarter mile boardwalk over a beautiful dune with scenic views of the lake and the gulf. The Coastal Dune Lakes on 30A offer amazing views of a rare natural phenomena that only occur in a handful of locations around the globe, a fresh water lake that is only separated from the saltwater by a narrow sand dune. A 5-minute drive north of the home is the brand new Watersound Publix.

This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath luxury home offers hard-to-beat amenities including a large gourmet kitchen, comfortable living space to sleep 12 guests, and a backyard oasis complete with a full-sized private salt water pool that can be heated, a hammock, a natural gas firepit with native Live oak trees, and plenty of seats to lounge with family and friends. The Property has a spacious front and back yard with lush grass, lots of palm trees, and landscaping lights throughout to give a beautiful ambiance at night.

Inside the home features tile and beautiful oak hardwood flooring throughout. The kitchen, is fully equipped for your inner chef, opens to a large dining area that seats 10 and a relaxed family room which includes pull out sofa. A full sized laundry room, powder room and a master bedroom suite with a king-sized bed, tile shower, and soaking tub complete the first floor.

The second floor hosts an additional master suite with a king-sized bed and a private bath including a tub/shower combination. The second floor also includes a guest bedroom with a king-sized bed, a bunk room that sleeps 5 children, and a shared hall bath with tiled shower.

Step out the back door onto a 10’x35’ screened porch and you will be overlooking the sparkling 14’x 28’ private salt water pool, large enough for the whole family and more. This porch is a favorite spot for morning coffee, an afternoon beverage from the outdoor fridge, or a family meal at the large outdoor dining table(the screened-in porch is perfect for keeping the bugs away). The sectional couch in the porch has a remote controlled sun shade to calm the bright sun-rays that shine in the late morning. There is a pool alarm that plugs in for the back door to ensure safety for your little ones. A natural gas grill is located near the pool and firepit . Play a game of corn hole in the large grass area next to the pool. The attached pergola and paver driveway will easily accommodate 4 cars.
