During this time, construction vehicles may be parked in front of the property. However, there will still be space for up to 5 mid-sized vehicles to park at the property—3 spaces in the back and 2 in the front.

You’ll never want to leave Above It All, our Gulf-Front Home with Pool & Roof Deck!

*New for 2025, Above It All has private deeded beach access to 130 feet of our crystal white sandy beaches. This was a sporadic issue in 2024 as reflected in one of our reviews. This has now been resolved as the same owner now owns both properties. This provides our guests access to a large, private, dedicated beachfront space. The home directly in front of us, named A Winterpast by the Sea, is directly beachfront and can be booked in addition to this home for large groups. Both homes share the same 130 feet of beach usage (which is PLENTY of space to stretch out and enjoy the water) and stairs down to the beach. A beautifully stylish living room is a great place to hang out together, planning adventures and reliving magical vacation moments!
This elegant space offers abundant natural light streaming through the floor-to-ceiling windows, a huge comfy wrap around couch and furnishings and decor in the soothing colors of the sand and sea. The gas fireplace provides a cozy ambiance for that rare cool evening, while the wall-mounted HDTV w/WiFi is perfect for streaming your favorite shows on a relaxing night in.

A second complete living room in the first floor suite is ideal for a large crowd, with plenty of comfy seating, coffee and end tables for drinks and snacks, and another wall-mounted TV.

Each of the two kitchen offer pristine white cabinets and counters, trendy white subway tile backsplash, and stainless steel appliances. The family chefs can team up to prepare delicious meals for the whole group!
Those culinary creations can be savored together at either the dining table for 12 in the main home or the peninsula bar for 3 and dining table for 4 in the suite.

First is the large, private gated pool. This area is complete with sun loungers to soak up the Vitamin D perfect for your poolside snacks and drinks. On the days when you simply must feel the sand between your toes, it’s a short, easy walk to your private beach access.

It’s the private rooftop deck that makes you truly feel Above It All. This fourth-floor deck offers stunning forever views of the Gulf of Mexico. Drink in the exquisite aquamarine water while seated at the tiki bar, enjoying your favorite beverage. The gas grill and alfresco dining table make it easy to have dinner at the best seat in the house.

**Pool heat is an additional charge per stay. Please note that the pool heat will only get 5-10 degrees warmer than the outside temp and that if the outside temp drops below 50 degrees the heater will shut itself off as a safety feature. It will turn itself back on once the outside temp is at least 55 degrees consistently. Please contact the office for pricing.
