Welcome to our spacious and newly renovated Texas home, just in the middle of everything in The Colony! Lots of space. 5 bedrooms, 12 beds. We have a private pool in 8 feet enclosed backyard, a mini golf yard, outdoor dining, outdoor sitting, pool lounge. We also have a garage converted game room. Families and friends can come together for fun in or out of the home!

Pool and Spa are not heated . The pool is cleaned every Tuesday or Wedneday, however due to wind and rain, the pool can have some debris .

With white quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a lovely oversized island, this premium kitchen is sure to delight! The kitchen is the heart of the home, but you are the heart of the kitchen!

DINING - We believe in enjoying the good times with good food and even better company, and there is no better way to do this than with a heart southern meal! This chic dining area has been designed to provide you with a dedicated dining area for sit-down meals, seat settings for 10, and open to kitchen and living room to easily share activities all the time.

LIVING ROOM - This open concept living room is perfect for entertaining and socializing! Make yourselves at home in the comforts of this cozy living room.

BATHROOMS - Master bathroom with a separate tile shower; 2nd bathroom with shower/tub combo.

BACKYARD - Welcome to your very own private backyard retreat! Enjoy the epitome of indoor/outdoor living as you go into full vacation mode! Take a dip in the beautiful pool or relax with a good book in one of the loungers. Grab yourself a cool drink and soak in the warm rays.

✔ Pool is not heated. Pool will be closed Oct 15 - May 1.

PARKING - We are back to a green belt in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Plenty of street parking.

LAUNDRY - Our laundry room equipped with double sets of washer and dryer, should you need to refresh your clothing during your stay.

GUEST ACCESS - Enjoy the comfort and convenience of a self-check-in. On the check in day morning, you will receive an email that walks you through the process and answers any last-minute concerns. NO PARTIES - Lastly, we must stress that we do NOT allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property. We are adamant about only welcoming families and groups who are looking to relax and enjoy the beautiful stunning backyard and the amenities the home has to offer.

★ ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 6+ GUESTS ★ - Our nightly rate includes the first 6 guests. With each additional guest, a $35/night fee will be applied. So please put in the guest number in the system to be quoted with the accurate rent. Visitors are not allowed at premise, so please book with the accurate guests numbers.

★ TOWELS NOTE ★ - Please note, we offer plenty of body towels for your use but feel free to bring your own pool towels if you'd like.

Master bedroom closet is used by housekeeping and off limit to guests; the storage by pool is not accessible to guests.

Important notes :

1) Pool and Spa are not heated . The pool is cleaned every Tuesday or Wednesday , however due to wind and rain, the pool can have some debris .

2) Our nightly rate includes the first 6 guests. With each additional guest, a $35/night fee will be applied. When number of guests are input in the booking request, the accurate rent quote is provided before the reservation is finalized. Early check in or late check out with a fee only if available ($50 per hour) . Late check without pre-approval will be $100 fee per 30 minutes.

3) We have a very strict No Large Gathering, Events or Party Policy. The only guests allowed on property for the entire duration of your stay are the people registered on the reservation and rental agreement (or those agreed upon prior to the beginning of your stay). Unfortunately, anything’s beyond that might lead to a forfeiture of the remainder of your stay and rental payment.
