Do not add anything to the hot tub
-Pets-
Maximum of 2 dogs
Max weight of 90lb per dog
No other pets accepted
Pets are not allowed on beds, couches, or any furniture

Any damage incurred by pet is guest responsibility
Undisclosed pets will result in $200 fee per pet
Guest is responsible for any extra cleaning fee
Large metal dog crate available upon request. Request must be 24 hours in advance of check in date to guarantee crate is available for your stay.
We do everything we can to ensure there are no mechanical issues with any amenities during your stay. We can't control when equipment/things malfunction or break, If the fireplace, hot tub, washer, dryer, etc. malfunctions or breaks during your stay, notify us immediately and we will handle the issue as quickly as possible. We do not offer refunds for instances such as this, but we will make sure and handle the situation professionally and efficiently.

This is such a beautiful property and a wonderful host. My husband and our two children enjoyed our stay very much. It is close to all of the things, yet far enough away to be extremely peaceful. Great stay for a weekend getaway

This little cabin was great. Perfect size for two couples. There would have still been plenty of room for our kiddos as well. It was very clean and well maintained. We loved the back porch. The bath towels are amazing (will need to order some for my house!)!!! The owner was very easy to contact and quickly responded to our needs.

We are the Sassons! We moved to Texas in 2020 from Colorado and missed the landscape of Colorado. Then we found Hochatown and were instantly reminded of the outdoors of Colorado. We fell in love and enjoy being able to share the experience with others whether it be small families, like or own, or couples looking to enjoy time together. We hope to host you soon!

Why they chose this property

The cabin has 2 spacious bedrooms with ensuite baths, both with King beds. There is also a fold out couch in the living room that sleeps 2 more guests. We recommend no more than 4 adults.

The front bedroom has a firm mattress and a full bath with a tub/shower combo that has access to the bedroom and living room.
The back bedroom bathroom has a walk-in shower with a small corner seat. This bathroom only has access from the room.
The living area is open concept and comes with a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has all stainless-steel appliances such as, dishwasher, refrigerator, and stovetop. There is also a standard coffee pot, Keurig, and blender for your use. The kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, and cooking utensils.
The dining area sits 6 with another 3 barstools at the kitchen island.
The cabin has a washer and dryer that's available for guests at no extra charge.

Outside you will find a large, covered deck with outdoor seating and dining area, hot tub, and grill, which is located at the bottom of the stairs. From there we have the firepit, playset for kiddos and a hammock for your relaxation. The horseshoe pit is located behind the playground area.
