Welcome to Nice, in a bright, thoughtfully renovated one-bedroom apartment located in the popular Carras-Ferber district, just steps from the sea. With its 40 m² of well-designed space, this apartment offers everything you need to enjoy the French Riviera in comfort.
It features:
- A bright living room with a sofa, dining area, TV, and direct access to a spacious 10 m² terrace, perfect for outdoor dining or relaxing.
- A bedroom with a double bed and ample storage.
- A bathroom that is not renovated, but clean and fully functional.
- A fully equipped kitchen: oven, stove, microwave, fridge, coffee maker…
- Air conditioning, WiFi, TV, and a private parking space are also included.
📦 Additional personalized services are available upon request (extra charge applies).
