Lage perfekt zum Strand , Altstadt etc. Kein Aufzug in den 5.Stock. Aufgrund falsch übersendeter Fotos war das Objekt nicht auffindbar. Erst nach erneuter Kommunikation allerdings lediglich über whatsapp mit den korrekten Fotos haben wir das Apartment gefunden.

Notre expérience était magnifique! La communication était facile avec Stanislas. L’appartement était très propre et à un emplacement stratégique au cœur de tout. Notre famille a pu vraiment explorer toute les belles places et attractions à pieds. Je le recommande fortement.

Amazing Location, Great Space!

This apartment is in a fantastic location right next to the promenade and beach in old town Nice. The location is unbeatable! The apartment was very clean and nicely renovated. The air conditioning was amazing for the hot summer days. The host was very responsive to any questions we had and extremely helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

Lovely two bedroom apartment in a prime location

My wife and I were traveling with our 18 year old daughter and this place was perfect for us! Five flights of stairs were not trivial but definitely manageable and well worth it for an air conditioned sanctuary a stone’s throw from the beach in Vieux Nice. The apartment was immaculate with comfortable beds, a complete little kitchen, and a clothes washer. Check-in was smooth and Stanislas sent detailed instructions with pictures that led us straight to the apartment. The 5th floor location (6th if you count like an American) had beautiful views of the surrounding city and kept late night street noise to a minimum. Very convenient to the beach, Cours Saleya market, Vieux Nice shops and restaurants, and the tram. If we make it back here with a small group, this will be the first place we check for availability!

The apartment is a long climb up, 5 flights, but it is delightful once you arrive. location is fabulous! The view from the room is the church bell tower and town toward the mountains. The view of the Med is at a landing half way up. Space is clean and comfortable.

Loved it here!

It was so cute and the perfect amount of space! You’re right next to the beach and you’re in the heart of old town, everywhere is walkable! The lockbox is a little confusing to find because there are 3 around each other and there are like 7 sets of steep stairs but it’s not that bad and was great for the location and price!

Ideal location

First trip to Nice and this apartment was in the middle of everything. One block to the beach with restaurants and shops all steps away. Everything was accurate and well communicated.

Beautiful location, great host

You can’t beat the location at this price. The steps are definitely a hike - especially with luggage - but if that’s not an issue for you, give this place a look. The views are worth it. We had enough space for our luggage and a space to drink wine in the evening and have breakfast in the morning. Stanislas was very responsive when we had an issue, getting it addressed as quickly as possible. Would definitely stay here again!

Cozy, atop the city

The actual apartment, though small, was quite sufficient. Clean. Expansive view of city from apartment windows. I underestimated the challenge of the steps. There are 118 steps from the street to the apartment. Next door to a creperie (yum!), close to restaurants. Walkable to Carnevale parades. One block from the seaside Via des Americas.

Great location in Nice

Great place to stay. A quirky roofspace apartment in the heart of Old Nice and right on the beach. Just be ready for the five floors of stairs to get to the apartment.🙂 The host was always contactable and responsive.

Ein Kleinod im turbulenten Altstadt-Nizza

Eine Ferienwohnung, die noch den ursprünglichen Charakter der Architektur unter dem Dach dieses historischen Gebäudes widerspiegelt. Im Kern des Gebäudes, einem ehemaligen Palais, wohnte sogar zeitweise Napoleon Bonaparte. Unser hohe Treppenaufgang an Der Seite des großen Gebäudes ist nicht für die Herrschaften gedacht, aber alles ist dennoch ordentlich und geräumig. In der Wohnungseinrichtung sind hinter der historischen Anmutung alle Annehmlichkeiten vorhanden. Der Vermieter ist stets erreichbar und äußerst hilfsbereit. Wenn wir wieder in Nizza in der Altstadt, nahe am Strand, am Markt und der Tiefgarage Sulzer wohnen wollen, werden wir uns gerne wieder um diese Wohnung bemühen.
