Open concept main living space features kitchen island, formal dining space and living area with access to the screened POOL, SPA and OUTDOOR KITCHEN.
- Rentals preferred from beginning of the month to end of the month.
- The golf membership can be transferred to the guests during their lease for transfer fee & cart fees.
- HOA requires a short term lease to be signed by the guests
- There is a monthly utilities limit (please refer to the lease template for this listing)

Fantastic property

This is a beautiful home with all the amenities needed for really “living” in the home and getting the experience of a luxury FL golf community! The host was attentive, communicative and the process of checking in was flawless. Would highly recommend staying here!

Babcock National Beaty

Great house and location on the 11th fairway of the Babcock National Golf Course. Brand new house and very well decorated by the owner. Easy transfer of the golf membership with new clubhouse under construction. Should be completed late this year or early next year. Still a lot of amenities available within Babcock Ranch.
