Your family and friends will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located ground level condo in downtown. Waterscape Resort- access to boardwalk, beaches, downtown restaurants, cafes and all amenities. Relax in the outdoor pool (summer), hot tub (open) , gym, sailing, boating or enjoy the various local wineries, nearby hikes and bike trails -The list is endless.

t’s located on the quiet side of the main floor. It has a nice patio and barbecue in your own backyard. View of Knox mountain. Both bedrooms are separated by a living room for privacy.

Relax in your own garden/patio and BBQ with your friends and families in your private back yard.. Waterscape is 100% non smoking, this includes the unit, patio and all common areas of the complex.

Full kitchen and utensils plus few basics are set up in the home.
Towels and pool towels, bedding, hair dryer, iron and iron board are in the home for use too.

**No Parties as this a family community. Loud Noises after 11pm could incur a fine of $200 per day.

**No alcohol, vaping or smoking in the unit or outside or in the common area including in the amenities area(swimming pool and hot tub) A fine of $250 could be imposed by Strata

Occasionally Pool or Hot may be closed: No refunds for amenity closure.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please turn the gas cylinder off and put on the cover. Load the towels in the washing machine, add detergent provided and run the speed wash and dry them on high speed if possible.
Garbage and Re-cyleable to be taken down to P1(parking area)Garbage room is across the elevator door.
Leave the 2 fobs-2 Parking Passes on the dinning table and lock the door with touch keypad. Please message when you have left. Safe Travel and hope we can host you soon.

Very Nice Property

We had a very nice stay. Plenty of amenities and comfortable furnishings. Yasmin was very responsive to our questions. We loved the back patio and BBQ. We would stay here again.

Great Kelowna vacation rental

Stay was great, great location, found some garbage hidden in the backs of some drawers.

Everything was great just suggest checking on the cleaners in between guests.

Clean and convenient stay in Kelowna

Yasmin was a very communicative host and we truly enjoyed our stay in her centrally located condo. The building and unit are well maintained and secure as well as quiet! We loved the patio and enjoyed many meals out there. There are many restaurants, bars, and beaches nearby. Our family of five will be back!

The condo was the perfect size for our family of 4.

Ideal for walking to the marina, microbreweries etc. place was very clean inside and out Draw backs (minimal control of the owner)would be high homeless population near by but was never approached by any, and the beds were too soft for this lady with a bad back

Weekend getaway with friends

This property is in a great location. Easy to walk downtown to many restaurants and pubs. Close enough to walk to Knox Mountain to do some hikes as well. Yasmin was great. She responded very quickly to answer all of our questions. Would highly recommend this condo for anyone staying in Kelowna!!

Great Place Close to Kelowna's best offerings

Great location! Within walking distance to Lake Okanagan, numerous restaurants, cafes, breweries, parks. A freat base for iur many excursions outside of Kelowna. Apartment was clean and has many good amenities. Two full bathrooms was really nice. The property had many nice features such as a pool, hot tubs and a well equipped gym. Yasmin, our host, was great to work with. Will definitely be back.

Great location, property as shown in photos

Condo was clean and had good kitchen stock. Unit was as shown in photos. Beds were comfortable! GREAT location, and would definitely come back for another stay. My only word of caution is the parking spot is against the parkade wall and very narrow. Trucks would have a difficult time getting in and out of the space. I was aware of this coming (great communication with owners) and made sure to bring our smaller vehicle (minivan) which was still a tight fit.

Beautiful home away from home

We stayed for 6 nights this summer and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The pool was warm and easy to access, there were plenty of chairs and places to lounge. We were close to the beach and DT but it was quiet and peaceful at Waterscapes. The suite itself was clean and well stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Beds were comfy with plush linens and the pillows were just right. Each room had a nice amount of storage space so we could hide our luggage and feel at home. I would have appreciated a few to-go cups, mixing style bowls for meal prep, and better brushes to do the dishes by hand. The shower heads are very high pressure and my oldest son preferred to have a bath for this reason. Other than that we really had no complaints. One of the frying pans had seen better days and we informed Yasmin who said she was going to get it replaced. She was very reasonable and attentive and we found it easy to work with her. We did have a younger child with us and so we found the height of the kitchen table/and the fact that it had very square corners to be something we had to watch for with him. But this isn’t a complaint at all, just something to consider if you have shorter kids!

Fantastic for May Long!

Staying at Osprey is my favorite places to book when we make our 12 our trek to Kelowna. Our host Yasmin was very easy to get ahold of, they were great hosts and have a beautiful property. The beds at this listing were so comfy it felt like we were back at home. It was a clean unit with plenty of kitchen appliances/accessories to cook there instead of eating out. Would recommend staying here!

Great Getaway

Amazing property and great hosts. Right downtown and walking distance to restaurants, shopping and the beach/boardwalk. Enjoyed the hot tub several nights and the billiard room as well. I would highly recommend staying at this property!!

We particular love this unit as it faces the quite side of the complex and it has a view of Knox Mountain. In the summer we can enjoy the sunshine in the mornings and choose to sit in the shaded area under the patio in the afternoon enjoy a tasty barbacue -and sip wine with your friends.
