Bring any garbage/recycling to the bins in the garage. Please DO NOT use the bins ouside, these are for our neighbours. Lock the front door (one facing street).
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No parking in back lane, do not block other garage doors. Only use the bins in garage for recycling/garbage. The bins outside are for our neighbors.
Take outdoor shoes off inside
Quiet hours are 11pm to 7am. Please respect our neighbors.

Nice, convenient property that is pet-friendly and close to lots of amenities. The property had a few issues that are in the process of being fixed at the time, so it should be good to go in the future.
