Phenomenal rental for a larger group

We loved the spaciousness of the property and the amenities. The indoor public pool and hot tub access was wonderful for the kids and an awesome addition for winter holiday fun. We plan to return in the future.

The resort was fine. The host was not good. Bad communication. Ignored our problems. Broken hot tub, fire pit, games and was dirty. I have all the text messages giving them ample opportunity to fix it. Try a different place to stay

Excellent home for a large group

This was our second third time staying at Arcadia and I have nothing but good things to say about the management and upkeep of the resort. The communication from booking, to arrival and departure was impeccable. All of the amenities are so great for all ages. I would like to come back in the summer when more of the outdoor amenities are available. Overall a five-star experience.

Family Thanksgiving

Our family had a wonderful time, the house was prefect and the Arcadia resort was perfect! The only con is the house was limited on supplies, for example they only supplied two dishwasher/washer packets and 3 garbage bags, for a reservation of 20+ people. Other than that it was a great stay.
