Beautiful and spacious home in a quiet neighborhood in Eden. Plenty of room for groups of up to 18 Max. We cannot accommodate more than that. with 8 bedrooms, 3 living rooms, 5 bathrooms and ample parking. Centrally located just 13-27 minutes from Powder Mountain, Snowbasin, and Nordic Vally ski resorts and world-class hiking, snowshoeing, mountain biking. Just minutes to Wolf Creek Golf Course, Pineview Reservoir, and Eden's quaint "downtown". Basement theater and game room, private hot tub, and community pool. Fully stocked kitchen.

Outstanding! The house was exactly as advertised. Lots of room for our 12 man ski group. Great access to Powder and Snowbasin. Only thing that would have improved our stay was a bit more snow.......but we realize hosting has it's limits :-).

Excellent house for large groups. We had 8 guys on a ski week and there was plenty of room and rooms for all. The pool table was a nice touch.Make sure you add the right number of guests as VRBO was going to put a 40% adder on 24 hours in advance as we originally had 7 guys going and added an 8th. Hard to understand that.

Great Eden property

Great, spacious home for our family reunion. Everyone had a great time. Few minor issues with the oven, hot tub, DVD player, and internet out for a day and a half but hosts were quick to respond to our concerns. Everyone in our group said they would like to stay there again.

What a view

The house was great. The area is beautiful with a great view of the mountains. The kids (and the adults) enjoyed all the games inside the house. Plenty of room for our whole family. Would absolutely stay there again.

There were 8 female adults in the house and the bedroom/bathroom ratio worked out great. The kitchen was well appointed and there was plenty of space for everyone. The house is located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood yet close enough to Ogden. We really enjoyed our time there!

If you are looking for a place to stay that has tons of room for your family, a trio of rec room activities, a big-screen theater room, an outdoor hot tub, and a friendly neighborhood with a swimming pool and courts, this is the place for you! Great place to sit back and enjoy visiting in the hot tub, watching old family movies in the big beautiful comfortable theater room. Beautiful kitchen with many supplies to enjoy meals and visiting. This property is so big and lovely!! The eight bedrooms were so wonderful that the family didn't fight over who stayed where. We enjoyed the game room and theatre room everyday and the hot tub was relaxing. It was all so perfect. Thank you for a great memory for our reunion!

4th of July fun!

This house was awesome! So many rooms to accommodate the 8 adults and 8 kids in our group. The theater room was a hit for the littles to watch Bluey and the grownups to hang out at night, the tweens loved the rec room. We spent lots of time at the community pool as well. The hosts were friendly and fast to respond to questions. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great home close to Powder Mountain

We enjoyed this lovely home for a ski vacation. Home has comfortable furniture, beds and a well stocked kitchen, great hot tub, game room and movie room. Fitness room in club house with pool is close walk to house. Double washer and dryer was helpful too. Our hosts rapidly responded with questions and advice. We hope to return!
