*The Pineapple House is hosted by All Belong Co, a business dedicated to creating and offering 5 star stays. You can book in confidence that you'll be in good hands of Superhosts.

This historic bungalow has 2 separate units, one downstairs and one upstairs. Currently there are no tenants living in the upstairs unit that use a separate entrance on the side of the house. (see photos) It will be available for rent soon if you have a larger group and need more space!

MONTHLY RATES: If you're interested in renting the Pineapple House for over 1 month, we have a long term rental agreement and an off-season monthly rate of $3200 + cleaning fee. Rates include all bills paid.

Lovely base for a visit

We enjoyed our long weekend visit to Florence at the Pineapple House. The neighborhood and the rental were both charming and conveniently located. We appreciated all of the comforts of home, including throw blankets, warm beverages, and a comfortable bed. The downtown-adjacent location made it easy to go out for meals when we felt like it. We will stay here again if it is available.

It was a nice stay, gave off a very homey yet bachelor vibe to it especially with the French doors to the bedroom. I appreciated how close it was to everything downtown and my hometown lake city . It was very nice and I’ll definitely come here again anytime I decide to visit back home and handle business again. (The office space made it an even better place might I add)

This was a beautifully restored 1935 home. We had a wonderful time. The rental is the bottom floor of this house. There was no significant notice of upstairs renters who were there at the time. The home is very clean with no bugs. King bed is very comfortable. This is in an older section of town but very quiet and well kept. This appeared to be a safe area of town.This downstairs rental seem to have sole access to the front porch and the entire backyard with fire pit. We did not enjoy, but it was inviting.Easy access to everything. We had no issues and did not require assistance, but had good communication prior to arrival. We were very pleased with this home and will be staying again when we come back to visit family.

Can’t say enough about this place! Rented it for five weeks while my daughter did a rotation at MUSC hospital. Location was great, close to everything! House was just as described and shown in pictures, everything we needed, and then some! Host was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Very helpful and kind! Quality, bedding, and accessories. Would highly recommend, and will most likely stay here again if ever in the area!!

Cozy little cottage

The property was very clean and had nice decor. Bed was very comfortable and liked that there was a lot of towels for us to use. Communication with the host was excellent. They responded right away to our questions prior to check in. Check in was a breeze. The kitchen had everything we needed. The note from the host was a nice surprise. Location was convenient in that it was close to restaurants and the hospital. Neighborhood was quiet.

Family time, at Pineapple Cottage

Beautiful property that provided the laid back welcoming environment of home allowing us a relaxed visiting of family. We enjoyed the privacy of the residence that a hotel cannot provide. Curious as to what the second floor will be in the future, we stayed on the lower first floor during our stay. The residence was close to our relatives and stores. Hopefully we can use the residence again when we visit our SC family in the future! Thank You!

Excellent location for the purpose of my visit. Great amenities and enjoyed my stay overall. Location could be the reason for the several dead bugs and insects on the floors upon entry and throughout the property but nothing significant enough to contact host.
