The house is well located in the City of Florence. The Florence Civic Center is 11 miles/15 minutes away. McCleod Hospital is just a couple miles away, and we are located just 5 minutes from FLO airport.

We look forward to hosting you during your stay. Side Door entry code To unlock, you must enter the code , and press UltraLoq button. NO SMOKING IN HOUSE. NO PARTIES or loud music,& NO PETS.
Check out is 11am. Contact host if late checkout is needed. $30 fee 1. Please put all used towel & linens in the hamper located in each bedroom closet. 2. Please wash all dish.
3. Take out kitchen trash, place outside in trash can beside the side steps. 4. Turn off lights & lock up. 5. Lastly, be sure to leave a review. Thank you for staying with us and we hope to see again!

House was very clean and the decorative details were very appreciated. Very quiet neighborhood. Host was very responsive. This would be a great stay for snow birds on their way to Florida. So many nice touches and well stocked with everything you would need. Would 100% recommend.

Very nice clean brick home in quiet country setting on large lot. Host is great. I would definitely recommend this home. Just minutes from shopping and restaurants.

The beds were very comfortable. I like a firm mattress, and they were perfect.The house is located at a very quiet location.Personally, I liked the long and private driveway.Great communication with the host.The house was accurately described.The air conditioner worked great! The heat index was 107, and the house was very comfortable.Yes, I would stay there again.
