The Big Blue Beach House: 7 bedrooms, 7 baths, Sleeps 10
It doesn't get any better than this! Our two-story oceanfront home is just 13 steps away from the spectacular Oregon Coast down our private stairway to the beach.
THE MAIN HOUSE has five bedrooms, 4 of these rooms are ocean-front suites, each with a king bed, private en-suite bathrooms, HDTV, and personal patio. We have named these suites; SANDPIPER (downstairs north end), ANCHOR DOWN (downstairs south end), SEA BREEZE (upstairs north end), and TIDE POOL (upstairs south end). The fifth room in the main house is MATES COVE (downstairs south end). Furnished with four custom-built twin bunk beds and one twin pull-out trundle, it can comfortably sleep five and is a favorite of the kids.
The rest of the house is open and spacious with a large great room, extra-large kitchen (more below about the kitchen), and a dining room with a panoramic view. There is also a powder room and a laundry room with a large capacity washer and dryer. The outdoor patio goes the length of the house and is a great place for everyone to relax in a red chair, keep warm at the fire pit and make a delicious smore! Grab one of our many beach towels and find your spot.
The upstairs outdoor space has an eight-person hot tub overlooking the beach by day and the stars by night. There are plenty of towels just before you head out the sliding door and outside on this deck is a half bath.

You will love the luxurious kitchen. It’s equipped with a 6 burner gas range that has a griddle and two ovens, There are two dishwashers, two sinks, a 48-inch fridge, and a wine fridge. The cabinets and drawers are stocked with everything you will need - REALLY! Dishes, cutlery, glasses, mugs, platters, crock pots, skillets, pots and pans,mixers, toasters - everything you’ll need to show off your culinary skills. And with seating for 16 at the table and five at the bar, making space for hungry guests is never a problem.

Big Blue has an incredible view from every room, but the massive windows in the great room that overlook the ocean are breathtaking. The moment you walk into the house you see the ocean. You can watch the sea birds, look for whales, catch the sunset and see the lights of crab boats as they place their nets as you relax by the gas fireplace on the leather sofas or in a swivel chair. There are plenty of books and an HDTV for you to enjoy.
THE GUEST COTTAGE is above the garage and is called The Surf Shack. This is a fun area with a surf vibe that comfortably sleeps up to six. There are two bedrooms both with a king bed; SURFS UP and RIP TIDE. There is a full bathroom and a kitchenette. In the main room, there is plenty of seating with a sofa, chairs, and a pull-out futon so everyone can enjoy the movie on the 65 inch Smart TV.
THE GAME ROOM was a two-car garage but is now a wonderful place to hang out and play air hockey, ping pong, and foosball. The balls, pucks, paddles, and nets are already there, ready to play. There are two sofas, an extra refrigerator, and plenty of extra room. There is also a storage bin with beach chairs for your use.

-Absolutely no gatherings, parties, or weddings. Events, such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, and other activities that exceed maximum occupancy are prohibited.
Each vacation rental is individually owned, and a private home. Amenities and furnishings are subject to change at any time. If you have any specific questions, please reach out to us directly.
- When you book with us, a hold of $200 will be put on your card starting the day you arrive at our beach house until 7 days post departure. If all of the check-out items on the departure list are completed and no extra cleaning is required, the hold on your card will be released. Reminder: This functions not as a charge where the money ever leaves your account, but a pre-authorized amount by the cardholder that could be retrieved by OPI if extra cleaning was needed after your stay. Let us know if you have further questions.
