Experience the charm of our beautifully remodeled Topanga guesthouse, where modern updates meet cottage style. With a brand-new kitchen featuring a dishwasher and a refreshed bathroom, plus freshly painted interiors, this guesthouse offers both comfort and style. Vaulted ceilings, cozy French doors, and mountain-view decks create a serene atmosphere, while a cozy loft bedroom with a queen bed and a living room with a pull-out queen sofa bed provide ample space.

Step outside to enjoy the waterfall pool, year-round Jacuzzi, and lush rose garden. Nestled in the Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area, our property is ideal for hiking or biking along scenic trails, yet just minutes from the beach. Malibu is a 15-minute drive, Santa Monica is 15 minutes away, and the beach is only 8 minutes down the road—making this the perfect place to enjoy both mountains and ocean in one day.

We pride ourselves on maintaining a pristine guesthouse, ensuring it's spotless and ready for your arrival. Please note, the pool is unheated from October 1st to June 1st, though the Jacuzzi is available year-round. Our property is in a peaceful neighborhood, so we kindly ask that guests refrain from hosting parties or loud gatherings. Enjoy a tranquil getaway surrounded by nature's beauty and just a short drive from the best of Malibu and Santa Monica.

Everything was immaculate. The pool was well maintained throughout our stay, and the yard truly felt like our own little paradise. Reserved the guest house for our honeymoon and it was PERFECT. Host was super friendly and communicated well so that we knew what to expect upon arrival as well as during our stay. The property is beautiful as well. The guesthouse has air conditioning, a fireplace and WIFI! We had good weather during our stay but glad we had the option of AC if we needed it. Kitchen had all the fridge and freezer space as well as oven/stove for cooking as needed. Saved us some money from eating out in LA every night . We loved the location as well as it was a nice way to retreat from the hustle and bustle of LA/Malibu. We used the hot tub which was great as well. Thanks for making our honeymoon memorable!

Cute and comfortable! We really enjoyed the guesthouse and its beautiful surroundings. The pool was lovely, though too cold to use during our stay — but the spa hot tub was amazing, and we enjoyed it every day. The kitchen, with its full-size refrigerator, gas stove, and small dishwasher, met all our needs perfectly. The bed was comfortable with good pillows (important for us) Rachel was easy to reach and responsive when we had a question or two.We’d highly recommend staying here! We also loved hiking at nearby Dead Horse and doing a bit of shopping in town.

The location is fantastic, only a few minutes away from Santa Monica but up in the hills so it looks completely remote. The view is insane! The pool and hot tub were wonderful, we actually ended up spending both afternoons just lounging around and swimming. The beds (including the sofa bed) were very comfortable. This would be an ideal location for a couple, and served as an excellent home base for our family also. We have two kids, one elementary and one middle school age; they shared the sofa bed.

Quiet in Topanga

If you are looking to get away from the noise and get back to serene nature , this property is for you. We enjoyed quiet morning walks with the views and charm of Topanga Canyon.
