Our home has 4 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with Queen beds, one with a Full size bed, and one with a Twin size bed. Located in Midtown, it is close to restaurants, coffee shops, stores, Ice Blocks center, grocery store, nightlife, parks, and everything else you need for a fulfilling experience in Midtown Sacramento. Renovated, comfortable home with a comfortable backyard.

This is a wonderful cozy house in downtown Sac. We were there for a vball tourney at convention center, it is 6 min drive away and we felt safe in this neighborhood. Home has everything you need to cook but also close to restaurants and shops. Very clean and cozy!! Will definitely be back!!

Just what we needed and close to where we needed...

The interior was excellent and communications with the property owner was great! It is evident that they are working on the exterior and landscaping, however, that did not affect our stay. Parking for one vehicle was not a problem with the permit provided and we always seem to be able to park right in front. If you have more than one vehicle, that can be a challenge. Overall, if you need a place to stay in this area, I highly recommend.

Plenty of room to enjoy

The backyard needs a lot of work. I can only imagine what it would look like if the garden areas were cleaned up and grass was planted.There is a deck outside of the one of the bedrooms you can enjoy. The backyard, brick/rocks are very uneven walk carefully. There’s a beautiful lemon tree outside that we pulled lemons from and enjoy the nice lemon drop cocktail from the fresh lemons.

What an incredible property! Loved the layout, beautiful design elements and thoughtful amenities. Huge kitchen with everything needed to prepare meals. Great WiFi, big TV and sound system. Love that while watching a movie or sports, it was really quiet in other rooms. Lovely back yard and decks. Was so quiet with such a nice walkway and gorgeous flowers. Our dog loved exploring and never barked once, and we could only presume she felt in such a joyous environment. We loved the location, very safe, so close to everything and walkable to many places to eat. Just minutes from everything else. Check in and Check out was simple. Awesome communication. One of our most favorite stays ever, and we are so grateful to Oksana for being such a gracious host. An amazing sanctuary to enjoy precious family time. So hard to leave this peaceful oasis! With our heartfelt thanks!

The house was beautiful, nice rooms, comfortable beds. Kitchen is well equipped, coffee pods provided, a bottle of complimentary wine was a nice touch. House is within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. Owners were easy to reach for entry question. I would definetly recommend and would stay again.
