We had a wonderful stay at Casa del Navegante. The exterior is also signed as PONTE, which helps when arriving at night. Rogelio, who maintains the property, and his wife live nearby and were always available to assist us and answer questions throughout our stay. The house is spacious, beautifully designed, and easily accommodated our group of friends. Its open plan lets you see the sky from inside, creating an airy atmosphere. There are three bedrooms upstairs, each with a private bathroom and shower, and one separate bedroom with its own stairs—ideal for extra privacy. We appreciated that the bedrooms don't have TVs, as this encouraged us to spend more time outdoors and downstairs with friends. The property has several relaxing spots where you can unwind, enjoy a drink, or listen to the waves. The beach is right outside the backyard, making morning and evening walks along the shore a breeze. We recommend adding board games for guests, but fortunately, we brought our own. The rental has a washer and dryer, though the dryer is older and not very efficient. There are local laundry services that take about 48 hours, which we used. Grocery stores, restaurants, and street vendors are nearby, offering plenty of dining options. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning to this lovely property.
