We very much enjoyed our stay here! The place is in a very nice neighborhood and minutes from the Western El Station, which can run you to Wrigley, or downtown and the museums, or out to Midway Airport. We did all that with ease!

Liked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, communication
This is a very nice property. The only thing I caution is that it’s a 3rd floor walk up (actually on the 4th floor because there is nothing on the ground floor).
The location is perfect, because we were looking for something close to our daughter who lives nearby. The lock getting into the actual building was very tough and very frustrating. There were a couple of lights out in both bedrooms, but it was really no big deal...those are the reasons why we gave it a 4 instead of a 5. Dimitri was a great communicator, and everything else was good!
This apartment was in a great location to public transportation and local restaurants. It was nice coming back to a quiet, clean apartment after a day of city sightseeing. We were able utilize the kitchen for meals, and the apartment was big enough for everyone to have their own space. Like a previous guest, we had a little trouble initially getting into the apartment building, but the owner was quick to reply with a solution and we had no issues after the first day.
Thank you!
I did like the location and always felt safe.. we ubered in and out…I was surprised this was a third floor walk up! I don’t think there was any mention of that in the description. Also need to mention the door to the stairs of the property was completely unlocked. The beds were comfortable, the radiator heat was a good setting. One of the radiators made that clanking sound. It was shoddy looking and poorly lit in the stairways.. 1000 for three nights..I love Chicago! Glad we were able to stay there.
The property was clean and well stocked. We loved the location, it was a safe area and within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Just a quick drive to downtown Chicago.
Nice apartment located in a great spot. It was very easy to take public transportation. The neighborhood has so many bars and restaurants to explore. The doors were hard to unlock but we contacted the owner and they assisted immediately.
