1st Floor. Clean and modern space minutes from Delmar Loop (The Pageant), WashU, Forest Park, and Central West End. Conveniently located near grocery stores, Metrolink train, restaurants, museums, parks, bars, etc. Our historic neighborhood is quiet and friendly. You will experience all of what the Lou has to offer and more with this central location.

Great space for work, long-term stay, and a weekend away to enjoy St. Louis festivities.

We are on-site and usually available to help. =)

We really enjoyed our stay here for our family of 4. The location was close to everything we wanted to get to. The apartment had all the amenities. I appreciated that the kitchen had all the extras that make it easier to cook. The owners were easy to communicate with and responsive.

Our hosts were very welcoming and attentive to our needs. Our questions and requests were answered and addressed promptly. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. Everything worked well. Extra towels, sheets and supplies were plentiful. There were also thoughtful touches and nice little extras- a welcome basket and flowers. We appreciated!

It was in a quiet area but quick walk to restaurants and shops. We walked the 2 miles to forest park balloon race.

Great Stay

The property was very clean and comfortable. Location was fantastic for getting to all the St Louis sites we were there to see. Multiple bedrooms with different bed configurations were ideal for our family.

The location was perfect for our needs. Basically across the street from the metrolink which we used to attend the NCAA tournament at the Enterprise Center. Walking distance to several restraunts. The host provided ideas of things to do in the area. Also, provided directions on how to navigate the one way and dead ends in the neighborhood. He checked in on us the morning after arrival. The house had everything we needed and then some. Was impressed with having enough hot water for all of us taking showers in the mornings. The kitchen was nicely stocked with small applyances, dishes etc... The house had lights in the hallway and bathroom that came on automatically with movement that gave you enough light without disturbing others sleeping. I'm going to have to get some for my house. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Everything about the house was just great. Love the location and parking was plentiful. The house was clean and tidy and had plenty of amenities like shampoo and lotions, spices for the kitchen, and even a sound machine. The host was available to answer any questions I had and was very amenable to any request I made.I would absolutely stay there again and again!

This property was nicely decorated, stocked with several amenities. It’s in a perfect location for anyone who wants to see the sights of St Louis. It’s 15 minutes from downtown and in a quiet area. The hosts were fantastic, easy to contact, speedy response time. Communication was effective and efficient! The shower OmG the shower! Fantastic water pressure and hot water! Side note- several free attractions nearby, the zoo, an art museum and a science museum.

Great location, updated house

The house was in a great location, close to Delmar where we found some yummy food spots. We were always able to get parking in fron of the house. The neighborhood is quiet. The house itself offered everything we needed for our stay. The pool table offered something for the kids to do. The beds were comfy. The furnishings were all updated, but the house still had some of its original 1920s charm.

We loved this place! It is exactly as described and was a perfect home away from home. Kieron is an excellent host, responsive to any questions we had, and had great communication about the check in/out process and the property. The apartment is pretty and comfortable and well equipped, with a great kitchen for making meals at home. And a great space to watch a movie, or play some pool. The office space is well set up and a great place to get some work done. The neighborhood is tree lined and quiet, with lots of close parking. We really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait for our next opportunity to stay here again.

Fall Break

A lovely place to stay! We loved the neighborhood, easy parking, walkable to Forest Park and the loop and easy drives everywhere else we went. The kids loved having a ping pong table! The hosts reached out to check in through our stay and make sure everything was going well.

St.Louis has a lot to offer and this location is great to explore all sites. We would be happy to have you as our guest and ensure that your stay is great!

A combination of the city and the suburbs, both commercial and residential, the neighborhood has single-family and multi-family houses from the early 1900s as well as a few newer modern infill homes. This area is walkable, dense, near public transit, and home to a variety of people. We can walk to the public library, a movie theater, a small international grocery store (United Provisions on Delmar), and a host of restaurants and shops. We can ride scooters/bikes to Forest Park or Washington University. We can take the MetroLink downtown or we can hop in our car and be on the highway in minutes.
