The full kitchen features a cheery, beach-themed mural and all the major appliances and utensils you need for stress-free home cooking. Meals can be enjoyed at the dining table set for six; a built-in breakfast counter offers seating for three more. As an added bonus, the primary bedroom features its own balcony and en suite bathroom.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

The location of this comfortable condo was perfect. Steps away from the beach, close to restaurants and OC shopping. The condo itself was well appointed with comforts of home. Our family had a wonderful time!

The condo had great beachy decor and was very spacious for our family. Furniture needs to be updated and towel racks had rust on them. Love the layout of the condo. This is a great location to everything! The floors were very dirty, made our feet black. Loved the big balcony and the semi ocean view. Quick walk to the beach. I would stay here again!

We had 8 people total and this was spacious and well-equipped. The decor was very nice and there were a lot of special touches. Some of the fixtures (like faucets and bathroom lights) are aging but we had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again. Easy walk to the beach, pool was clean, beds were comfy, furniture was nice.

Very adequate kitchen and bedrooms. Bathrooms are much too small and quite outdated. Stepping into the shower tub is challenging. Both bathrooms need remodeled and updated.

Condo was very nice and clean. The start pack was efficient. Only downside was it was a bit noisy and main bathroom tub was clogged and accumulated water. Two bedrooms located in front and master in back by balcony. The condo is located about five minutes by car away.

Great time

The only few issues we had were I told them the toilet was loose in the master bath and nobody showed up to fix it. No broom in the condo. The screen door on patio was broken. Not a problem hit should make the double bed a queen.

TVs in two spare bedrooms did not work/ were not plugged up to network. Some outlets throughout the condo did not work. Also removing all trash and removing all bed linens with a 10 am check out timing seemed a bit over the top considering the 4 pm check in timing plus the pricing.

Not our favorite condo stay

Loved the layout & location of this condo but it definitely needed some TLC & a deep cleaning. 3 out of the 4 TVs didn’t work. The furniture was all in need of repair or cleaning. There was sand leftover from previous guests. We tried our best to vacuum with what was provided but the vacuum did not have a hard floor option so it didn’t suck up much. The floors were so dirty that we bought a mop. They did offer to come back to touch up the cleaning but at that point, we had everything already cleaned.

Spacious condo with short walk to beach. Small ocean view area. Pool key was taken by former visitor. I was told they would deliver to condo that Monday.3days later! Received a call to go get it that Monday afternoon. Well we didn’t have time so never got the key. My 2 year old grandson never had use of the pool. Under the couch and coffee pot and filter were dirty and master tv didn’t work Dinig room table was sticky and very wobbly my husband tightened all the screws. But the rest was great

No help from property management

Condo next door was being remodeled and contractor worked all weekend Saturday until 8 PM. I contacted Vacasa. They said there was nothing they could do and was told to go see security. But there was none. I had to go ask them to stop hammering and sawing. Sunday morning they started work at 8AM and put all of their equipment in the front of our door and was working on the walk way?

Great condo, but I would never book through Vacasa again

We had 2 adults and 5 kids ages 2 1/2 through 16 years. There was plenty of space for everyone and everything was very comfy. However, for packing purposes you should know that some things that are listed as included, were not there. There are no boogie boards for use and no hair dryer. Both of which I didn't pack because the listing stated that the unit supplied them. This unit also has a great location, very close to the beach and fun on the strip. But I would NEVER use Vacasa to book again. This unit was also listed on Vrbo but their fees were higher so I booked through Vacasa. The front door wasn't automatically locking when we would leave which we didn't discover until our next to last day. I called Vacasa to report the problem. The woman I dealt with was incredibly rude and condescending. At the end of our conversation she said that she would put a work order in. I asked if it could be done the same day since all of our stuff was in the unit unsecured. She made the comment that "All of your stuff has been in there for 3 days unlocked and no one has bothered it yet". As if that makes it ok. On top of that trying to get anyone to answer questions before the trip was next to impossible. They apparently do not respond to emails. I sent one asking to verify some of the supplies listed for this condo, no response. I sent another email a week later, no response. I finally called and was told that they really don't answer emails. This company sucks. I like Vrbo better because you can contact the owner directly to ask questions.

Large and Nice But Photos Misleading

This property was lovely - modern, clean, and a great location! The only thing is that the photos show a bunk bed (twin top and double bottom) but there is no bunkbed. Instead it is a trundle bed which did not work as well in our case. Access was simple, elevator was a nice perk, and the kitchen was well-stocked.
