*The beach access and pool are now open.* This delightful condo is located at Perdido Dunes and just a short stroll from the stunning blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Inside this sunny retreat, you’ll find new wood plank floors and fun, beachy decor. A desirable central location puts you close to restaurants and attractions, and just blocks from Alabama Point -- a great spot for fishing and boating activities.

Kick back on a sofa bed and two plush armchairs in the inviting living room. Watch favorite shows on the 50-inch TV with Dish Satellite TV. Craft home-cooked meals in the well-equipped kitchen, outfitted with a suite of full-size appliances. Helpful kitchen gadgets include a blender, coffee maker, and toaster. Gather for mealtime at the dining table with seating for everyone. The breakfast bar provides additional seating.

Sliding glass doors open to the private patio. Dine alfresco at a table or walk down a few steps to a small yard. Go for a refreshing dip in the renovated pool or take a scenic stroll on the new boardwalk for easy access to the beach!

Walk half a mile to Alabama Point, known as “The Pass” to watch the boats go by or fish the jetty.

Perfect visit!

We had a great visit!!! Condo was quiet and perfect for a relaxing vacation. The location is fantastic with great views both at night and during the day. Not directly on the beach but just a short walk down a well-maintained boardwalk. Close to the Jetty and close enough to busier areas to be convenient but far enough away for some real peace and quiet. We will be back.

As pictured

The property is as pictured with a short walk down the private beach access to sand. It worked for my family and is in a good location. There are beach chairs for rent right when you step onto the sand, so that was particularly helpful.

Perdido Dunes Stay

We had a great stay at this property. The fixtures may be slightly dated (and a couple of spots on the bathroom sink and counter that needed repair), but this didn’t affect our stay at all. The walk to the beach is very short. The pool was closed for a few days but we didn’t come for the pool anyway. The kitchen was well equipped for any cooking needs and the beds were comfy. We hope to book this property again next year!

Check in was easy ......closeness to beach was good...check out was good....bed was too soft....look like some glass pieces was outside our door when we got there from who knows what....neighbors that came up stairs the second night was a little noisy playing music and stomping in there room

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was clean and well maintained and so comfortable and cute! Easy to book and everything was clearly communicated from the beginning. We had everything we needed to cook. We were provided with plenty of TP, paper towels and cleaning products. The location was perfect!

Nice place, but future is questionable

We enjoyed our stay, Only issues were the walk to the beach is a bit further than expected and the view was not what we expected. There is a new high rise planned which will make this particular property completely isolated and buried between high rises. Right now it is a nice oasis. It was clean and well furnished. The patio screen was very dirty, and there is no gulf view unless you walk out on the patio and look down the side of the building. For the price and as a last minute, "we need something now" option. This worked well for us!

Nice condo on the beach with a pool, with no beach access and no access to the pool

Property floors were very dandy upon arrival. Food in coffee table drawers and on bar stools. Booked it because it has a pool and is on the beach. Arrive to find there is NO BEACH ACCESS AND THE POOL IS CLOSED. This lil bit of info was disclosed in the fine print at the very end of the renter agreement, but I feel like it should have been stated upfront in large font. I feel like that was pretty shady. Imagine renting a place ON the beach, then having to pay each day to go to the beach. Shame on you.

Overall good, but needs some repairs

The floor in the master bath is rotting and you feel like you are going to fall through. The hand towel rack fell off the wall. The toaster doesn’t work. One of the eyes on the stovetop doesn’t work. There were a lot of gnats when we first checked in, but it got much better when we cleaned out the garbage disposal. Overall it was not a bad experience, but for the cost I did expect a little more.

No beach access, which is stated but it's at the VERY bottom of the listing so it was missed... The floors were so dirty anytime my baby crawled on them for ANY amount of time we had to wipe her down with a baby wipe because her hands and knees would be black. The k-cup machine exploded and sent scalding water all over me. The master bathroom vent fan had no cover Lots of little things like pictures just laying on the dresser, not hung up. The dresser in the 2nd bedroom had a broken drawer so we didn't use it. We questioned the cleanliness of the beds and stripped them down when we left so that they'd have to clean them 😅 Had high hopes for this but left disappointed. Almost took our loses and just booked the place right next to it but husband talked me out of it.

Horrible experience!

No beach access when we reached out to Vacasa specifically asking about access. Were told yes, we would have access. After we booked and paid, another msg was sent telling us due to construction there was no access. We never saw the message. The listing STILL says beach access. Toilet issues - had to manually flush by lifting flapper multiple times, basketball sized oil stain on bedspread, huge cockroach in hall. Not a good experience at all!

Our recent stay

Property was very clean and accommodating It was just as shown and described. The only thing to be considered when booking is that it is a long walk to the beach with no boardwalk. This was hard on a couple of our family members.

Quick Ladies Weekend Trip

Myself and a group of friends stayed for a weekend trip. Location was great and close to restaurants. Location of unit was the best, closest unit to the beach and pool access. Parking was not an issue for us as we had one car and the parking was covered which was a bonus. Unit was clean overall, but unit is older. The mattresses could stand to be replaced. Overall, the unit was great. We had a great time and would visit again.

Don’t do it- roaches and cockroaches, unclean

Oh where do I begin. I am typing this from a hotel room in orange beach if that says anything. Cleanliness when we arrived: Outside refrigerator filthy, coffee table and end tables sticky and food splattered everywhere, closet knobs sticky, sand and hair on floor and oven. Bathroom floor in bedroom is sinking in. Found dirty dishes in the dish washer. The couch in living room needs to be replaced. Barely any cushion so anyone thinking of using this as an extra bed just bring a blow up mattress. I texted property manager about cleanliness when they sent an automatic check in welcome text message on first day. They did ask if they could send a maid service out but me and my family already went ahead and cleaned, just made sure our kids didn’t step wrong out of tub on the sunken bathroom floor. There was trash on ground by dumpster as you come on the property and trash on the ground by pool. Fast forward Two nights later we stayed up until midnight and saw a roach in the kitchen sink and ten minutes later a huge cockroach crawling down the kitchen wall. I know these bugs are nocturnal so no telling how long they’ve been with us because this is the first night we stayed up late. I couldn’t keep me and my family here another night. We are pretty clean people, made sure no trash, crumbs or dishes were left out at any point of our stay. We packed our things and left, sat in our car for two hours waiting for management to find us a place to stay and a refund. I spoke with John in management once at midnight and didn’t hear back from him. I called the Turnkey customer service and they told me someone was working on my case locally to find another place to stay however an hour later still no call or text message. So I call back it’s been two hours at this point and I just tell them we’re going to a hotel, customer service reads updated notes from computer stating there was no alternate property available and I would need to find a hotel for me and my small kids, in which I paid for out of my own pocket. No word still on my refund for the remaining nights we are not there. Terrible! I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Perfect Place in Paradise

This place was perfect! I was looking for a place where we could still attempt to social distance and not be so surrounded by other travelers. Just a perfect little place, couldn’t ask for more!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived around 9pm for our 2 night stay. We reserved unit 11, upon arrival we found the parking lot had numbered spaces and the space provided for unit 11 was under the unit itself, this wasn’t the issue....the issue was that the 3 bay parking under the unit was marked for 9,10,11 AND 12. Three bays for 4 units. We parked in an open space to unload and try to get a hold of someone to figure out where we should park and it was suggested that we may have to park in an adjacent parking lot of the high rise condos on either side. We were able to eventually grab a “guest” space but remained hesitant to move our car for the duration of our stay in fear of not finding a space when we came back. So, other than the immediate area we didn’t do much exploring during the day. The condo itself is nice enough. The bed is a bit soft (like you’ll be “forced” to cuddle in the center as that’s where you’ll end up) and beware of the very soft floor next to the tub. We found that it was well equipped with utensils and a quick easy walk to the beach and a shopping area & restaurant. The unit was clean, the pool looked clean and safe. There are improvements that can / should be made (parking & flooring) but all in all it was a decent unit, although I can’t say I’d stay there again.

Perfect Place

Loved this place! Certainly not your typical beach condo, but was perfect for us and just what I was looking for.....more of an apartment style place! Clean and comfortable! Nice not to be in such closecontact with other travelers, especially during this time. No share common spaces such as elevators, hallways etc. I will most definitely use this place again! Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was nice the parking is horrible at this location the assigned parking was occupied by other guests that felt they were entitled to all the spots and were knocking on our condo door demanding us to move which was most definitely a problem this issue needs to be fixed ASAP so the next guests will not be harassed during their stay I was not happy!
