Vos enfants sont-ils prêts pour un amusement au parc aquatique? Nous avons ajouté un nouveau parc aquatique / Splash Pad près de la piscine. Le parc aquatique / Splash Pad comprend: un palmier avec 3 bananes immergées, un sloop de pirate, un arc de bateau avec des jets et des canons, un toboggan de plage, et plus encore!

Ce condo de 2 chambres à coucher est situé dans le bâtiment Phoenix V à Orange Beach, AL. Pas de procédure d’enregistrement ou de file d'attente. Lorsque vous arrivez, allez directement dans votre appartement et mettez votre maillot de bain - puis allez à la plage!

La chambre principale a un lit king size avec une nouvelle télévision à écran plat pour votre plus grand plaisir. Chambre dispose de 2 lits queen et une nouvelle télévision à écran plat. La zone de vie a un nouveau canapé-lit et une nouvelle télévision à écran plat afin que vous puissiez regarder tous vos émissions et jeux préférés. Nous avons également une connexion WiFi gratuite dans la chambre. Tous les lits disposent de draps améliorés.

Nous disposons bien entendu d'une cuisine entièrement équipée avec tout le nécessaire: grille-pain, micro-ondes, mixeur, mixeur, grandes assiettes, verres, verres à vin et à bière et ustensiles de cuisine. Préparez votre café du matin avec notre cafetière ou si vous préférez, vous pouvez vous rendre dans le hall pour prendre votre café déjà fait pour vous chaque matin. Et oui, nous avons une laveuse et une sécheuse dans notre condo afin que vous n'ayez pas à apporter votre garde-robe complète.

Notre bâtiment a une belle piscine face à la plage avec des cascades, une piscine intérieure et plusieurs bains à remous. Et oui, il y a un parc aquatique, une éclaboussure et une piscine pour enfants qui est clôturée pour la sécurité de vos enfants. Cet établissement de luxe dispose d'un terrain de racquetball intérieur, d'un centre de remise en forme ultramoderne et d'un sauna. Vous ne serez pas déçu ni pourrez-vous trouver ce niveau de luxe et de commodité n'importe où pour ce prix!

Orange Beach, AL est une ville familiale en bord de mer. Ce condo est idéalement situé sur la plage (pas de routes à traverser pour aller à la plage). À distance de marche des magasins, restaurants, boutiques de souvenirs, marinas, bars et magasins de proximité. 2018 Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at Phoenix 5 Unit 315. We had great views of the gulf and the pool. The condo was well equipped with most things needed (except seasoning - not even salt & pepper) but we just made a trip to the store. We look forward to staying here again. Beach Getaways staff were very responsive and friendly. Our complete reservation process was pleasant.

Good but not great

Great location, minutes from anything needed. Interior was a little dated but that didn’t stop us from renting. Popcorn ceiling stuff was falling in the master bathroom, slight mold on shower curtains and couldn’t enjoy the balcony because of the smokers (even when it’s a non smoking property)

Needs updating….

The condo was pretty clean but is in need of updating, which we realized when booking. The bathrooms and kitchen, bedding and some furnishings could be upgraded. Then of course the rate would be increased 😊 Great location, loads of amenities and when the lobby construction is completed, Phoenix V will be super nice!

Family Getaway

We had a good time! I was not thrilled about having to pay an extra $55 to park. It would have been nice if that were included in the room rate. Also did not like being made to wear a plastic wristband like I'm at the local fair. It left a tan line, which isn't that big of a deal, yet, still annoyed me! I realize it's for safety; however, it was inconvenient and childish.

Complex could use updating.

Couch in condo was caved in and not comfortable. Cleaning could have been better we had to wipe down everything ourselves. Pool was nasty and hot by the end of the day. No one monitored it at all and one day there was what looked a diaper exploded and was left in the pool all day. Everyone was friendly and location was great!! Room was laid out nice. There was no privacy on the balcony. You can and hear everything.

Relaxing Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condominium is very nicely appointed - although they leave nothing from the previous guests. So bring salt, pepper, laundry det, etc. Some instructions are odd - like don't take indoor furniture outside and don't take outdoor furniture inside. Well, there are only 4 chairs for indoor dining and 4 chairs for outdoor dining, yet the condo sleeps 8. You can do the math there. We enjoyed the splash pad, both the indoor pool & outdoor pool as well as the spas immensely. The access to the beach and all amenities is great. The balcony is awesome. No noise problems or issues of any sort, really.

Nice Condo, Terrible Resort

The condo was nice and clean. No real complaints about the condo itself except one of the beds had sand in it and the master bedroom mattress was absolutely horrible, worst I’ve ever slept on. My main issue was with the Phoneix V resort itself. A low quality (and essentially cheap) resort attracts low quality people. I would strongly discourage anyone who doesn’t drink all day and party all night to spend a little more money and stay somewhere else decent, especially if you have children. The Phoenix V is not a classy place. I witnessed several incidents including a fist fight and I was only there 3 days because my son had a class trip. It was shocking to be exposed to this type of behavior from adults, but I understand some classes of people would fit right in. If you’re looking for a nice family resort, then look elsewhere because it’s not the Phoenix V.

Family vacation !!!

We usually make a yearly trip to either Orange Beach or Gulf shores , I guess it just depends on pricing at the time because it’s really the same beach, the property was perfect and the view was what we’ve been waiting to see !! Thank you for inviting us in and letting us stay. I was thinking it would of been nice to leave behind unused items or items that wasn’t used , like extra trash bags , paper plates or paper towels that weren’t open , almost like a community donation for the ones that use the room, I guess covid takes effect to , but would of still been nice to leave it for the next guest . Another idea to we’ve seen before where the owner leaves almost like a diary for the family’s that stay to write a little note or what not for there experience. It was just neat and the kids got to write something to that they enjoyed. Thank you again for letting us stay !!! Would highly recommend and will most definitely be staying there again. Everything from the room to beach was clean . And staff were all professional and very polite. I don’t really understand the additional parking fee if we’re wearing the bracelet, but still not a deal breaker .

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Not being a regular beach vacationer I didn't really know what to expect. I did feel the condo was a great size for our family of 4. What I didn't like is the not completely clean feel of it. There was, what I hope, sawdust or crumbs in the bottom of the drawers and cabinets. Some of the silverware was not at all clean. Having said that, the dishwasher wasn't the best so maybe that was the culprit. We hand washed most of the time. The linens were nice and I liked that there was a separate, dark wash cloth for eye make up. You have to use Ike's beach rentals. The attendant was very nice. He came by and rotated the umbrellas several time during the day. The few issues we had with getting in(I lost the emailed code) and a hair clog in the shower were taken care of quickly and professionally. Overall, the condo was nice and it was a great location.

Beach getaway

We enjoyed our stay here. The condo was pretty well kept up. The closet where the trash is kept was dirty. Walls were dirty from people throwing away trash in there. You only get one hand towel in the kitchen to use for your time there. Thought that could change. There were five of us in the condo for 6 days. We all felt as though the beds were too hard. The living area and views were gorgeous. Easy beach access. There were 2 beach chairs left behind that was nice to have as well. The pool was fun for the kiddos after a long day at the beach. The outdoor pool was our fave. The indoor pool was fine but loud and very hard to breathe due to chemical smells. 2/3 hot tubs were working. The condo building was very busy and at times, it took a very long time to use the elevator. Thankfully this condo was on the 3rd floor so we mostly used the stairs. The condo had utensils we needed to make easy/quick meals. We had to buy toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap etc. Also, a lot of the outlets wouldn’t work in the living areas. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. The views were beautiful. Nothing better than shark/dolphin watching with a cup of coffee.
