Welcome Escondido Resort and to our St George Golden Getaway in Washington City, Utah, gateway to Zion and St George. Pool, hot tub, lazy river, water slide, pickleball, luxury townhome. NO PETS, NO SMOKING. Plenty of room for your family, or families! Brand new in 2022. This Escondido resort is secluded yet convenient to St George, shopping, hiking, biking, golfing, and just plain relaxing.

Bedrooms: all bedrooms on 2nd floor.

Master bedroom 1. King size bed, full size futon, master bath, shower, tub, walk-in closet, double sinks. Large TV.

Master bedroom 2. King size bed, full size futon, master bath, shower, walk-in closet, double sinks. 55" TV.

Bunk bedroom 3. Full size over Queen size bunk. 2 twin pull out mattresses. Shared full bathroom.

Bunk bedroom 4. Full size over Queen size bunk. 2 twin pull out mattresses. Shared full bathroom.

Family room, kitchen, and dining all on main floor.

Family room. Sectional, ottoman, swivel love seat. 65" TV. Round table with 4 white crossback chairs.

Kitchen, gas range, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, side-by-side refrigerator. White cabinets fully stocked with dishes, appliances. Island with sink, disposal. 3 counter height bar stools.

Dining table, 68". Dining bench, chairs. Easily seats 6 to 8+.
