The house was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, and you loved the direct beach access and the view from the second-floor deck. Wonderful house and great beach location!

Our extended family had a wonderful week in Beach Roost! Plenty of room for 12 adults and 5 children. The location gives the paradox of an uncrowded beach within close distance of Pier Park, many restaurants, shopping and entertainment venues. The house was super clean and very well equipped. We really enjoyed the chef's kitchen, even enjoyed a delicious dinner of shrimp fried rice cooked on the hibachi grill!

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Beach Roost. This house was perfect for the size of our family and the extra cottage that was detached was perfect for our teenagers. Spectacular beach location

We loved this beach getaway! The location was amazing! We were able to walk to restaurants and shops, plus the walk to the beach is so close it makes it very easy to enjoy a full day of beach time. The house was nice and clean with plenty of space for our large group. The pool is also nice if you aren’t up for the beach. We hope to stay again!

Perfect House and Location

After renting multiple condos for our large family, we decided a house would be better fit and the Beach Roost was the perfect place. Very clean and plenty of room. Our kids and grandkids loved the house. The hibachi grill was a big hit and the beach access was awesome. The communication with Warren Beach Rentals was excellent before our arrival date and throughout the week. We had one issue with the dryer but after contacting management, they had someone out that evening and kept us updated. Would definitely rent again with Warren Beach Rentals. We loved our stay the location was awesome. Being there over the 4th of July we had great views for the fireworks shot off from the piers. So convenient to everything. My grandchildren loved the pool and the fact they could run back and forth to the beach. They enjoyed the pac man game.

Breathtaking beachhouse

The property was easy to find and well located within the town. The kitchen utensils were well stocked, the rooms pristine,the AC worked great through the whole house. The beach toys and chairs made walking right down to the beach a breeze. The views waking up to were stunning. The propertyanagement team was in great communication through the whole trip. Cant wait to book again here the next vacation!

We come to the beach every year and normally stay in condos, but this year we decided to get a beach house and now I never want to stay in another condo again. We loved being walking distance from beach and the multiple showers to wash off sand. The beach gear and toys were such a great added bonus. An AWESOME experience!

We had a great experience. The location is right on the beach...you literally walk out the back door onto the most beautiful beach in Florida. The house has its on private pool AND hot tub that overlook the beach. Upon arrival everything was perfect, and stayed that way for our entire stay. The customer service we received from Warren beach rentals was exemplary! We had a great time and will be rebooking again.

Access to beach was great. House was very clean. Grill worked very well. Pool was clean and warm, rough bottom and sides. Left a message for maintenance at 9pm that neither outdoor shower was working. They showed up and repaired by 9 the next morning, Very pleased with the response time. Overall a great place to stay.

We had a blast!!!!! The house was beautiful, super clean, and we loved the hibachi grill!!!!!! Sunsets were gorgeous and can be viewed from the porch swing upstairs. Being right on the beach made it worth it. Kids and adults alike, would come and go all day. If you wanted to go in to rest/eat, you could. If you wanted to stay all day in the sun, you could. The convenience of being on the beach made it so easy to accommodate everyone and their individual interests. Thanks Warren Beach Rentals!!!!

Great location, right off beach. Flooring in kitchen needs replaced, was rough on feet. Dryer quit working the last night of stay. No kids bunk bed room as advertised. Be sure to bring t.p, paper towels, dishwasher soap, laudry soap, and trash bags because not enough was left to use so had to buy more. Path to beach overgrown, needs majorly trimmed. Back patio gross with weeds and sand all over, upkeep of property is lacking in several areas for what the cost is to stay. Outdoor shower minimal and no mat to stand on either.

We really enjoyed our stay at Parrotdise on the beach!! Boy was it right on the beach! The home is beautiful and had plenty of room for all of us. It is furnished with plenty of sitting spots inside and out. The pool was so much fun and the hot tub was enjoyed, also! We did have some issues, but communication was good and maintenance was there in no time. Parking was very easy, plenty of room for our 3 cars. The deck does get a little hot in the late afternoon, we were grateful for the palm trees all around that provided some shade. The kids had loads of fun upstairs playing the video games and foosball. We even grilled out one night on the gas grill. That was nice. We plan to stay here again in a couple years!!

Great Location

The house was clean. Location was great! House was as described and had plenty of room for everyone. Pool and hot tub were perfect other than the hot tub light never worked. The patio and beach access were incredible. The turf front yard was perfect for family games. The beds were comfy. There were some beach chairs and other items in the garage to use for the beach. Plenty of grilling utensils, Kitchen had all you needed and more. Washer and Dryer worked well. Overall our experience was fine. If you are looking for a newer or updated home this property is not for you. If your not picky you will have a great time!
