Gîte on two levels. Access by a few steps. Entrance via private covered terrace (table and chairs). Large living room (TV, 2 sofas, wood stove). Very well equipped kitchen. Independent toilet. In duplex : 1 Bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190), TV. 1 Bedroom with 2 single beds that can be joined together (90x190), TV. Shower room with WC and washing machine and dryer. Including charges. Bed and bathroom linen provided. Tourist tax extra. Public parking. One square, one tree, one fontain, one church... typicals elements of a french village. Beautiful traditional house renovated for this communal gîte, on 2 levels in the heart of the village, on a pedestrian square. Ideal vacation spot for holidays without the summer bustle of the coast, and in close proximity to the Côte d'Azur and the coast, the hills of Nice, the Pays de Vence less than 20km away. Numerous cultural and sporting associations, walks, pony riding, fishing in the Var, mountain biking, and cycle path along the VAR river. The village is ideally located for going either towards the coast or towards the high Alpine valleys, towards the Mercantour National Park and its ski resorts, towards the Estéron valley and its refreshing sites on the banks of the eponymous river.
