Pool Size:
Harmony has a pool that is 12 feet wide, 28 feet long, and a depth of 3 feet in the shallow end and 5 feet deep end. Heated between October 1 and April 30 at no additional charge. Not heated between May and September.

NOTE: Check in time is 4:00 PM CST. Check out time is 10:00 AM CST. Our staff needs time to properly clean, sanitize, inspect and maintain the property. Because the property is extremely heavily booked we are unable to offer early check ins, late check outs, early parking or luggage drop offs.

NOTE: Guests are not permitted to have anything shipped or mailed (through a carrier such as USPS, UPS, or Fedex) to the property. Please be aware that the property does not have postal service and your packages will most likely be returned by the carrier.

NOTE: Guests are not permitted to have local deliveries (such as baby gear, beach chairs/gear, groceries, golf carts) made prior to their check-in time of 4:00 PM CST and are not permitted to have local pick-ups made after their check-out time of 10:00 AM CST.

NOTE: If you would like to reserve Harmony more than 11 months in advance, you must use the VRBO website, rather than the VRBO app. The VRBO app only shows the calendar for up to 11 months which means that it can only be used for reservations less than a year away. Thanks!

NOTE: This property is available for vacation rental only. Parties are prohibited.

NOTE: AGE REQUIREMENTS. You must be at least 25 years old to reserve Harmony during Spring Break. Sorry, there are no exceptions.

NOTE: Sorry, no pets. No emotional support animals (ESA). No exceptions. Many of our Guests have pet allergies and rely on us to provide a pet free environment. Bringing a pet or an emotional support animal (ESA) is a violation of your booking agreement that will result in the cancellation of your reservation without refund.

NOTE: Harmony has one security camera aimed solely at the driveway and the street entrance. Our security camera can only see areas of the property that are visible to the public anyway. We respect our Guests’ privacy. The camera is stationary and cannot be remotely adjusted; does not record audio; and cannot see into the pool area, fenced areas, or interior area of the property.

NOTE: For the safety of our Guests, our golf cart has an Apple Airtag in order to facilitate our ability to assist in the event of an accident or mechanical failure. As a result, Apple Iphone users may occasionally receive Airtag notifications while operating the golf cart.

NOTE: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. This includes cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, etc. A $500-1000 additional cleaning charge will be added to remove the smell of smoke from the house.
