Boaters Paradise Retreat

Beautiful water view 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom home in Palm City.
Walking distance to boat ramp, canoe, kayak and paddle board launch.
Ample parking, space available for up to 5 cars and a boat less than 25Ft. Recently installed level 2 EV Charger with universal J1772 plug.
The home is near interstate 95, 15 minutes to Jensen Beach and 5 minutes to historical downtown Stuart.

This home is fully furnished designed for vacationers ease and comfort.
The huge master bedroom with a stunning water view has a King bed with a 55 inch TV, walk in closet and a spa like tub with jacuzzi.
The second bedroom has a queen bed facing the water and the third bedroom also has a queen bed.
The living room offers a queen sleep in sofa.
Also a screened in patio to enjoy the outdoor fire pit or bbq for a relaxing outdoor dinner or winding down after a fun filled day.

Minutes drive to Hutchison Island beaches and amazing restaurants also a short drive to downtown Stuart.
Entire home is yours to use with the exception of the garage and fourth bedroom which is locked for storage purposes. There is also a $100 pet fee and an additional $100 for another pet. Please refrain from allowing them on the furniture, couch or bed to keep the hair out of them. No parties or gatherings without prior notification and approval. We have an ample fenced patio for your doggies to run freely please make sure you pick after them or there will be a $25.00 cleaning fee. The home should be left in the same condition
as you found it minus
the standard cleaning.

Nice Stay

I hosted a virtual baby shower at this location, worked wonderfully, enough rooms for multiple video feeds and beautiful decorations for background. Lovely place to stay for any event.

The location was perfect for us as we have family in Palm City. We were close to everything in Palm City and Stuart plus the ocean. The rooms were all spacious.

Great Location

Beautiful home!

Such a beautiful home with tons of space. Lots of amenities which was nice. Great location, so close to Stuart and the beach, as well as close to St Lucie where you can fish off the pier. Such a fun stay!

Lovely, huge, convenient home.

Great location for our needs, popular area near the "numbered streets". Home is much larger than it seems online and could easily accomodate a big family. Bedrooms and bathrooms are very relaxing, kitchen is well equipped, media options are a nice touch.

We stayed at Boaters Paradise with our 2 daughters and their partners. The house was 10 minutes away from my parents and also near grocery and other stores. Great location! Nice space and the hosts were very accessible and helpful!

Spacious House!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Karla's house. The house was extremely clean. The beds are all very comfortable with soft, high quality sheets. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed. Plenty of towels, toilet paper, kitchen utensils etc. The bedrooms are huge! Our family of four had plenty of space. The screened in porch is a lovely place to enjoy the warm, Florida air. The house is on a pretty busy street, but the backyard is private enough that you'd never know. We appreciated the beach chairs and beach towels that were provided. Karla answered all of my questions promptly which I greatly appreciated.

Very Responsive Owners and Great Location

From the time of booking the owners were quick to respond to any question or issue we had. The location is perfect, across from the boat ramp, minutes to Stuart, and centrally located in Palm City.

EXCELLENT PLACE TO STAY

Great stay

We had a great stay. As long as stairs are not a problem this was a great spot to stay. All bedrooms are upstairs, so those with mobility issues will probably want to look elsewhere. The host provided most everything you will need and we really enjoyed it.
