This is a beautiful unit. The bathrooms were redone with glass tile showers, granite counters and excellent water pressure. Very spa-like!!

The kitchen offers granite counters, stainless appliances and a desk area as well.

We also offer free high speed internet.

We have a flat screen TV in the living room as well as flat screens mounted to the wall in each bedroom.

We leave a beach umbrella, cart , coolers, and several chairs for your use.

The lanai is oversized and oceanfront/beachfront. You will enjoy watching the dolphins and the amazing sunsets!

We have new living room furniture ( June 2017 ) and new Washer /Dryer in the unit( June 2017)

Why Amy Green chose Florida South West

We have always vacationed in Florida and up the East coast from Maryland, the Carolinas and throughout Florida. Marco Island was by far our favorite. The sand is white and the beach is long. It is truly our ocean paradise!!! The beaches aren't overcrowded and it is ideal for our family. I am sure that you will find it is perfect for yours too!!

What makes this condo unique

I love to walk the beach daily and love the calm, warm waters of the gulf of Mexico. My family loves to fish at the beach as well as swim in the gulf and play tennis. We also enjoy the amazing seafood supply that we can get here- either by fishing for it or purchasing it at the local fish store.

Nice view from the balcony! The owner has the unit very well equipped with everything you need from towels, extra beach chairs to an updated kitchen and bathrooms. Amy is wonderful in communicating and making your stay comfortable.

Property very nice, huge construction project awful!

The unit is very nice and situated in a good area with pool and easy access to everything.

Our unit was scheduled two days to not have water from 8 am - 4pm, (only one actually happened, but we left for the day since we did not want to be there without bathroom facilities) and had 3 days of jack hammering right below us. If you are going off season, contact the Somerset office. The owner did not disclose the major construction. The owner of this unit was told by the office the actual days of construction and never told us. As a couple that goes away twice a year the last thing we needed was not to be able to take showers and use our own bathroom during the day, and not be able to go back to the room in the afternoon because the jack hammering was beyond intense.

Location is very nice and the unit was well equipped with everything we needed.

Great vacation

My family had a great time. The weather was great and the walk to the beach is effortless.

The location of the condo was great,as you are at the quieter end of the island. We loved the pool and the outdoor grilling area. It was quiet also. My son and his wife came along and they wished that there would have been king size bedding so they could have converted the two twins.

This condo is outstanding. Completely updated, clean and maintained. Any beach accessories you might need are made available. The location can't be beat. Amy is great and responds quickly, We had an issue with the cable upon arrival and Amy was immediately in couch with Comcast immediately. The key exchange is seamless.. Close walk to several bars/restaurants. Easily the best place we've stayed on the island, will most certainly return.

Best beach in the U.S.

There is no better beach than Marco when the sun shines and sand is between your toes! The Sumerset is very conveniently located to everything you like...restaurants, dining, shopping.

The condo is nice with a beautiful view of the ocean and miles of great walking along the coast line. It is well equipped with all you need for a visit including a selection of beach chairs, umbrella and cart.

Looking forward to next year before we even leave!

Several restaurants close by and a small movie theater located just down the street. Gorgeous white sand beaches!

Spectacular sunsets over the ocean. Our property has a large lanai perfect for dining and watching the gorgeous sunsets.

The property is redone and has beautiful bathrooms with granite and glass tile. The kitchen has granite counters and stainless appliances. The televisions are all flat screens. Free internet. The convenience of having a washer and dryer in the unit. There are also barbeque ramadas ( charcoal grilles), two tennis courts and 2 swimming pools in the Somerset Complex. It is a gated community.
