● Please be mindful that this home is located in a quiet neighborhood, and parties are not allowed. For everyone's safety and security, please note that we have installed a security camera at the front of the house and in the backyard facing the pool (only turned on when there are no guest staying). There is also a ring doorbell camera and a smart lock installed at the front entrance for your convenience; and that operates 24/7.

-$150 pet fee for up to 2 pets
-The pet fee will be requested on the day of check-in and must be communicated to us prior to your arrival
-Additional fee for the third pet may be charged based on the size of the dog

● The pool is equipped with a heater which can be turned on for an additional fee of $40/night. Let us know if you'd like the pool heater to be turned on prior to, or during your stay.
