Come visit our spacious brick, one-level beach house "Starfish Cottage" in 'Paradise Retreat'. Just a short stroll takes you straight to the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. We are located in the Paradise Retreat community which offers private beach access. We hope you will make yourself at home in this four-bedroom, two full bath home which is dressed in a nautical fashion in appreciation of the coastal lifestyle and in celebration of the beautiful, delicate sea creature, the starfish. Plenty of space for multiple families!

We offer a heated private swimming pool as an option ($350.00 plus tax) during cold nights - no you do not have to share with a community! Or an entire condominium! It is all yours.

****NEW ADDITION: We have added a new option for you to rent a luxury GOLF CART to make your stay here at the Starfish Cottage more convenient and to provide a fun way to go to and from the beach! Mention in your booking whether or not you would be interested in renting a golf cart, and for an additional fee of ($450.00 plus tax) we'll have the cart at the house ready-to-go! The master bedroom is private and features its own large bath, a walk-in closet, beautifully furnished, king-size bedding, flat screen TV.

The large great room is sunny & bright with natural sunlight, a large sectional sofa which has a queen sleeper for those extra friends! Plenty of seating, flat screen TV, you can sit & enjoy the pool view from the great room.

The second adult bedroom is cool and inviting with a nostalgic theme for starfish original art, flat screen TV.

Large dining table seats 8 with ease, fully-stocked kitchen seats 4 at the bar, Side by side door refrigerator, ice maker, water dispenser, gas grill by the pool, pool toys, bicycles in garage.

Menus and directions to all local eating establishments, amusement parks, dolphin sight seeing excursions, sunset dinner cruise, & deep sea charter boats. Many harbor restaurants will 'cook your catch'. Baytowne Wharf at Sandestin is 6 minutes away with lots of activities for family fun! The lovely Destin Commons has a movie theater, fine-dining, shopping, kids water fountain & play ground. A huge Bass Pro Shop sporting good store in Destin Commons is equipped with a giant shark display perfect for vacation photos and precious memories!
