A great, roomy 1 bedroom, 1 bath vacation rental - perfect for a couple or two!

Located in the mountains of Montana, just 15 minutes (9mi) from the west entrance to Yellowstone National Park, this tastefully decorated and well appointed ground level retreat is under a new management and offers all comforts of home.

Queen size bed in the bedroom plus a comfortable sofa-sleeper with a new 4" memory foam mattress in the living room provides sleeping arrangements for up to 4 guests. Fully equipped kitchen has everything you'll need from a morning coffee to a home cooked meal. The covered balcony with outdoor seating will help you relax and admire the beautiful mountain views. Flat screen satellite TV, secure wireless internet, a propane barbeque grill, and on-site laundry facilities - this condo has it all!

Great location for staging any Yellowstone adventure, whether exploring the Park or the surrounding forests and lakes while skiing, hiking, snowmobiling, fishing, hunting, biking, boating...

- Fireplace in the living room is NOT available; firewood is NOT provided

- We have a 60 day cancellation policy. Travelers who cancel at least 60+ days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 31 and 60 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.

Loved the stay here. Very quiet corner unit in a small complex. About a 15 minute drive from the West entrance. The balcony was super nice. I really appreciated the details like the binoculars to watch the wildlife out at Lamar valley. They even have bear spray to borrow. Kitchen full of amenities. Clean and comfortable place. Great stay in Horse Butte for our Yellowstone vacation!

We had a great time visiting Yellowstone and staying in Horse Butte. Our condo had everything we needed and was extremely clean, quiet and peaceful. Marta was a great hostess and was very responsiveness to every question we had. She was very willing to help us during the travel issues July 2024 and to accomodate us for additional nights stays! Quiet Retreat for a Busy Visit to Yellowstone Area

Great Location and other pluses but outdoor access limited.

The location is great. It's close to Yellowstone, Hebgen Lake, and Earthquake Lake. We chose this house because it had a deck and great views of the mountains. But, be aware, the deck has unbearable sun in the late afternoon and evening. And, the drapes have to be completely drawn after mid morning because of the sun and no air conditioning. So, it's a fine place to stay, especially if you plan to be gone most of the time. But don't plan on enjoying the access to the outdoors.
