This private, quiet studio is very comfortable, perfect for two people.

This quiet, fully furnished studio is near the Denver Tech Center (DTC). There is a microwave, a bread toaster, a minifridge, a coffee pot, and a full bathroom. You can enjoy a wireless Smart TV. A two-minute drive to the main highway, walking distance to the light rail and bus station, where you can take the light rail and bus to Denver Downtown, Park Meadows shopping center, and the Denver International Airport. The apartment complex has BBQ grills, free parking, a gym, and a swimming pool. The washer and dryer are in the building. The King-size bed is just perfect for a good night’s sleep.

Overall good experience

I stayed for a month and had an overall good experience. The unit was clean and in a great location. Fast wifi. The only negative was a connecting door to the next unit over, so not the best privacy since you're able to hear them.

Skimpy on amenities and details

Studio apartment with just a microwave and very small refrigerator/freezer. Cheapest towels possible. Poor internet service with router in neighboring apartment, which is really annoying. I couldn't get a signal on the t.v. The united self is fine and the bed was comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. But if you're gonna rent a place out comma throw a few dollars into some nice details. This owner doesn't pick any effort to do that..
