This stand alone cottage is located on a 90 acre property just steps from the beach. Dive shop and Restaurant located on the property. Hiking trails right out the back door. This property was a sugar farm and has a lot of history.

Never disappoints

We have stayed at several of Winn's cottages and have always had a great experience. The location is fantastic; steps away from one of the best beaches on the island, and great food at the Landing beach bar. We will definitely continue to stay at Winn's cottages.

This was an easy rental. Very nice to have options to prepare food at the cottage with a full kitchen. We don’t like AC and the two ceiling fans kept us comfortable. The location is amazing. They are not kidding about the one minute walk to the beach and on the beach, great snorkeling and chairs with options of shade or sun! We had fun exploring the island…the Ham’s bluff lighthouse hike and snorkeling at Dorsch beach were highlights.

We spent a week at the cabin. Very convenient with the beach,restaurant and two places for cocktails within walking distance. We felt very safe and enjoyed every minute!!
