When you're ready to explore the sun-drenched beaches of Miramar, a short walk will lead you to the soft sands and crystal-clear waters. Spend your days lounging under the warm Florida sun in pools, taking refreshing dips in the Emerald Coast (private beach), and playing Pickleball!

Our updated 2 bedroom/2 bathroom ground floor golf villa has a large master suite with a beautifully remodeled bathroom. It sleeps 6 comfortably, has a fully stocked kitchen and dining room table that seats 8. Beautiful golf course views from the outdoor patio! 5 outdoor pools to choose from, tennis and pickleball courts nearby. A half mile to private beach on the Emerald Coast.

Within walking distance to Silver Sands Outlet Shopping Center and great restaurants. Bicycle and golf cart rentals available in resort.

A short 9.5 mile drive to experience the sights and sounds of the famous Destin Harbor Boardwalk. Known as a premier family destination, voted Best Beaches in the South, and named one of the Top 10 “Most Popular Beaches in the United States, Destin boasts amazing fishing opportunities in what’s called the “World’s Luckiest Fishing Village.” Enjoy amazing activities such as Parasailing, Jet-Skiing, Pontoon Boats, Charter Fishing, Dolphin Cruises and Tours, Snorkeling, Scuba Diving, and more.

Guests have full access to our unit with exception to two owner’s closets. One is for our personal belongings, one is for cleaning supplies and bedsheets for our cleaning service.

The City of Destin's Harbor Boardwalk is less than 10 mile drive and stretches nearly a quarter of a mile along beautiful Destin Harbor, providing increased access to the waterfront and preserving the harbor’s unique character.

The boardwalk project was completed in June 2012 and is the vision of the 2003 Harbor Community Redevelopment Area Plan. It includes new decking and pavers, landscaping, lighting and seating. Multiple property owners along the harbor participated in the project to add continuity along the harbor with easy access to local fishing charter boats, great restaurants and a multitude of water activities.

Guests are able to get around the Miramar Beach neighborhood by walking and biking (rentals available at resort) on trails and sidewalks, or by golf carts and vehicles. One reserved parking spot will be available at the condo and most restaurants and shopping areas have free parking available.

Please note that our homeowners association requires the guest booking reservation to be 25 or older.
