Our house, recently built, is very functional, welcoming and bright. It is located in a beautiful and very recent and quiet area.
With its large living room and fully equipped kitchen, its three bedrooms, its two bathrooms, its balcony and its well-kept garden adorned with a magnificent olive tree and offering a view of Mount Canigou, it will seduce you with its sobriety.
We love the calm that reigns there and our guests are always delighted with their stay.
The city center of Perpignan is a five-minute drive away. The nearest beach in Canet-en-Roussillon is just ten minutes away.
Cycle paths take you to the sea from the house, and country lanes allow you to walk through the vineyards of the area.
The house is very well connected by public transportation to Perpignan downtown and the beaches.
The Spanish border is 35 km away and the first ski resort in the Pyrenees is an hour away.
A shopping mall is also nearby.

Très bon accueil de la part des hôtes avec une très bonne communication ! Logement très bien situé dans un quartier quasiment neuf avec tous les commerces nécessaires a portée de main et à environ 10 min en voiture du centre de Canet-en-Roussillon. Je recommande très fortement !
