Good for GWCC and Mercedes Benz

Location was great. Walking distance of GWCC and Mercedes Benz stadium. Overall accomodations were acceptable, needs better mattresses and some curtains. Neighbors were also extremely loud.

Concert

I booked this place because it was very close to Mercedes Benz Stadium. The stadium was in walking distance and very safe so I was pleased. The unit itself was listed as having cable/satellite TV which it did not. My husband and I ate not streamers and had some difficulty with it. Although we didn’t come to watch TV. We do like to keep up with news during our coffee. There was no dish strainer so I had to use the o e and only supplied. Some of the bath towels had tears and were torn Since my main objective for selecting this unit was met I will rate it in the middle. Hotel accommodations for a little less per night offer more.

Great location next to Mercedes Benz Stadium

Apartment was spacious, but a little worn. Short walk to the stadium, easy walking distance to downtown. Area is a bit noisy but safe. Very enjoyable stay.

ideal location

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. The best location if you are attending an event at Mercedes Arena, World congress center, within walking distance. We loved it.

In Town for Concert

We stayed here because we were in town for a concert. The place was clean and had plenty of space for my family of 4. We had no expectations of cooking in, so we didn’t utilize the kitchen much, and the cookware/dishes were very basic.. I think the furnishings should be updated, especially in the master and living area. If you are in town for a concert at Mercedes Benz Satdium, this is the perfect location!

Not a luxury experience

I decided on this property for its ease to Atlanta Gift Mart and secure parking as we were driving my customers car . Pool for downtime . I was treating 2 customers to a luxury apartment 2 night stay . Gated property - gate broken Pool - closed Was given directions of Secound building on right Secound apartment on left . There are bold numbers on buildings and apartment numbers that would have made it so much easier to find . Key was not where she said by these directions. We left property as we did not feel safe . Sent a message to host saying we were not staying and we’re told ok check out . Cancel on VRBO for refund knowing there would be no refund by them . In speaking with her, I was called a (Karen) repeatedly and given no compensation. First bad experience with VRBO .

Great location for GWCC & Merceded Benz

Pros - Owner let us check in early and check out late due to our basketball tourny schedule Could walk to GWCC and downtown Cons - Bad smell of weed inside, took couple days to go away Master bed creaked so loud everytime you turned so not best sleep ever had No plunger, had to buy one strange not to have one Basically an apartment, kids upstairs running around every night til 12:30 am Overall better than hotel cuz we could cook breakfast and all stay together in one place. Owner accommodating and could walk to all games when not raining. Still needed rental car though.

Good location but rental needs some work

Apartment was in a great location. Literally, across the street from the Mercedes-Benz stadium. 8-10 minute drive from Centennial Park. The apartment was clean. However, the apartment needs updating. There were no curtains in either of the bedrooms. You could see inside the bedroom from the outside through the blinds. The blinds in the master bedroom would not go all the way down as they were missing the drawstring. I had to place pillow covers in the window to prevent anyone from being able to look in the master bedroom. One of the beds in the 2nd bedroom has a piece missing from under the bed so there was a dip in the bed when you tried to lay or sit on it. I ended up sleeping in the master bedroom with my friend. Thank goodness we had so many plans that we didn't need to stay in the apartment very long. With some updates, this would make a really good rental in the future.

Perfect location for GWCC and stadium area. First floor unit, which was great! The property itself was not ready at 3pm as shown on the listing, we had to wait to enter until 530 pm. When we arrived, the master bedding was still in the washer and we had to transfer to dryer and make the bed ourselves. There was trash in the master closet (of an adult entertainment variety) and trash under the master sink from feminine products. Expired milk left in the fridge. There was a small coffee pot, but only coffee pods avail and no coffee pod machine. There was no shampoo, conditioner or soap - which are pretty standard in VRBO's these days. There was toothpaste and extra toothbrushes avail, which was a pleasant surprise. The condition of the unit itself was acceptable. The master bed frame was terribly noisy - every small movement generated horrible creaking sounds. A/C worked very well. Unit is very quiet and away from traffic noise. Didn't even hear the neighbors!

Great location

Great location within 10 mins from everything. The host was very attentive and prompt whenever I had a question before and during our stay. The house was nice, neat and looks exactly like the pictures shown. Will book again.

Volleyball weekend

Location was perfect for us since we had volleyball tournament at Georgia world conference center. We were able to walk to location and not have to worry about traffic or parking. Also able to have all comforts of home while visiting a new city. Hostess was very accommodating and made the experience nice and easy. Would definitely use again if I find myself back in Atlanta.

Perfect Downtown Getaway!

My host was so very professional and welcomed my family and I with warm southern hospitality. The perfect downtown getaway home was perfect from the moment we walked in. The fresh scent of flowers and cool breeze made us feel right at home. My family and I have absolutely enjoyed our stay, it was like our home from home. I would recommend this beautiful getaway to anyone looking for downtown living with fantastic amenities, like great food, super cool bars and awesome shopping.
