Hi Sally Jo, Glad you came back again. thanks for the input on the furniture. The recliners always seem to need repair every time I go up there so it looks like we will be soon replacing it with something that is more likely to withhold the wear and tear of a rental property. I hope you enjoyed our all new appliances and the on-demand water heater that we just installed for our guests. Look forward to your return next year.

I am so sorry about the hot tub experience. I contacted my hot tub maintenance man to discuss the matter as he is contracted to clean it prior to each guests arrival. This is totally unacceptable. As a preventative measure I have asked my house manager to doublecheck that the hot tub was taken care of before the arrival of guests. Please contact me to discuss further. Thank you.

Unfortunately, our hot tub did indeed breakdown the day before our guest arrived. I was notified by Rich that the panel was broken (he takes care of my hot tub) as he was there making sure it was ready after the previous guests left. We called and had the parts federal expressed and he fixed it when they arrived two days later. Due to the COVID crisis, none of the local pool supplies stocked the parts. I personally called local pool supply chains here in Cleveland and was also unable to obtain the parts (which had to be shipped from California). As far as the cleanliness of our home, I cannot comment but forwarded the comments to my housekeeper. I will say that her team usually does an awesome job and this complaint is highly unusual. Due to the inconvenience of not being able to use the hot tub, I also refunded him $200. Thank you.
