Main Room: Spacious living room with ample seating for guests and a Roku Smart TV. Wireless Internet is available throughout the entire space at no charge. There is also a dining table with seating for 8 guests.

Kitchen: Large and updated with a full size stainless steel appliances-stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. A coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, pots and pans and cooking utensils are available. Cups, plates, cutlery, and wine glasses/wine opener are also included.

Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: Located on the first floor this bedroom has Queen size bunk beds and a sleeper sofa. There is a Roku Smart TV and a dresser in the bedroom as well. Please note there is a 200lb weight limit on the top bunk.

Bedroom 2: Located on the first floor this bedroom has a King size bed and a dresser.

Bedroom 3: Located on the second floor this bedroom has a Queen size bed, dresser, and a closet.

Bedroom 4: Located on the second floor this bedroom has a Queen size bed, dresser, and a closet. There is a Queen size air mattress in the closet for an additional sleeping option.

Bedroom 5: Located on the third floor this bedroom has a King size bed, dresser, closet, private balcony, and private attached bathroom.

There are extra blankets and pillows in each bedroom, as well as fans.

Bathrooms: The first and second floor bathrooms have stand up showers, and the third floor bathroom has a combination bathtub/shower. The bathrooms have all the necessities: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, Q-tips, cotton balls, hair dryers, towels and washcloths.

Outdoor Space: There is a deck off of the living room with a gas grill and outdoor furniture. We have an outdoor fire pit with seating and lawn games. Guests have access to the yard as well as the driveway for parking. No spaces are shared.

The house is three stories. Two bedrooms and one bathroom are on the first floor and guests do not have to climb stairs to get to those. The rest of the house does require climbing stairs. The driveway is steep and please use caution in the winter. For the indoor fireplace we ask you to please burn a starter log for at least 20 minutes before putting logs into the fire. Guests should feel free to bring their own starter log and wood for the fire.

We also offer homemade pies. If you would like any freshly baked pies let us know a few days prior to your stay.

After 10 guests it is an additional $50/night/adult.
