This cozy cabin is nestled on a very private hillside overlooking the BEST views in Ellicottville!

Relax and enjoy the 360 Panoramic views of surrounding Mountains from the large covered front porch. The Cabin is set back from the road just enough to feel completely secluded while still enjoying the convenience of being just 5 minutes from the Village of Ellicottville.

The Hot Tub is built in to the back deck and is 100% private backing up to the Mountain. Enjoy the most amazing star gazing you will see all year!

Annual Trip

Cozy place for our annual gathering of family friends. Perfect place to come back from skiing and walking around tow and soak in the hot tub and visit with the group.

Beautiful cabin, Peace and quiet close to town

We stayed here with a few of our closest friends and could not have been happier. The house has everything you could possibly need and then some. We really enjoyed the hot tub at night and the pool table during the day. It was only 4 minutes drive into town and 20 minutes from the casino. I can not wait for a reason to stay again!

Will be staying again!

We took a couples trip (6 adults)out to Ellicottville, Tom went above and beyond with communication and making sure everything was in perfect order before we arrived. The property is exactly as pictured, the views are wonderful. We enjoyed coffee on the porch in the mornings and seeing the stars from the hot tub at night. The drive to town is short and convenient. We even got some lovely couples pictures with the beautiful flowers and landscaping of the property. We will definitely be keeping this property in mind to stay again!

Wonderful experience

We had such an amazing weekend getaway at this property. The space was clean, cozy and we really enjoyed the pool table and rec room. There were 4 adult couples, and plenty of sleeping space. The owner is very responsive and went out of his way for us! Which we really appreciate. We will definitely be booking again in the future!!! Thanks for everything :)

Beautiful and well appointed cabin very close to Holiday Valley

We loved our stay at the cabin. It was beautiful and well equipped and I found the owner, Tom, to be very easy to work with. He was easily available via VRBO or text message for any last minute questions. Having stayed at several VRBO homes in the area, this was the nicest and best equipped. We loved the hot tub, and the kitchen had everything you might need including your choice of coffee maker (keurig & regular), and convenient appliances like a blender/smoothie maker, etc. And the location could not have been any more convenient. Just a few minutes and we were on the slopes. We will definitely come back!

Great Ski Getaway

We had a fabulous time in Ellicottville! The home was perfect for our family with adult children. Plenty of beds, linens, the pool table and hot tub were a big hit! The property is minutes from Holiday Valley resort and other attractions, but also very quiet and secluded. The owner was helpful and communicative without being too invasive or over-prote

Excellence stay!

Everything was fantastic about our stay at the cabin. Communication with the host was amazing. All the pictures and description of the property were right on, and surpassed our expectations. We even saw shooting stars!! The location was just outside of the village of Ellicottville. There’s a cool hiking trail right down the street which was a nice surprise. We hope to come back again!

Lovely Cabin

We stayed for the total eclipse and enjoyed everything the cabin had to offer. The hot tub is amazing! The surrounding forest is very nice and quiet. The kitchen well appointed. Bathrooms are very nice and the beds are comfortable. In being critical, the only critiques would be: The dishwasher isn’t installed properly, still works though! Privacy is tough, but it’s a cabin, expect noise to travel. There is a dead rail on the pool table (the side away from stairs). Please forgive, I am very picky when it comes to pool. Again, overall, we loved this cabin. Thanks Tom!

A wonderful cabin stay

My friends and I had a great weekend experience at this property. The close location to Holiday Valley was very convenient. The cabin was clean and well appointed. Our group also appreciated the large hot tub! We would stay here again!

Amazing views

Great place…perfect for our family. Host was extremely helpful and available to help us. Amazing view of mountains and stars. Short drive to ski resorts and town. Enjoyed pool table, hot tub, grill and open floor concept. There are two bedrooms and a open 2nd floor loft with two queen beds. Enjoyed our stay and would book again!

Host was fantastic to work with.

Our host, Tom, made our experience easy and very enjoyable. There was an unexpected issue with the hot tub and a serviceman was at the property within 5 minutes to have it fixed. We would definitely stay here again for the location and privacy. Thank you!

Annual Ellicottville ski trip

This was a perfect location for our family of 5 annual ski to Ellicottville. Close to town. House had everything you would need. Very relaxing atmosphere. Tim was very helpful and accommodating.

We have gone out of our way to make the cabin as comfortable as possible and enjoy hearing how much our guests enjoy their stays. I am easily accessible by phone or text during your stay and have 21 years of renting experience.

Being only 5 minutes from the village of Ellicottville and just 10 minutes to Holiday Valley make this home the perfect location to balance both privacy, peace and quiet with access to all of the excitement and entertainment the area has to offer.

The finished basement provides the perfect getaway for the kids to enjoy TV or playing Billiards while the "grown-ups" enjoy the cozy confines of the main living area, or enjoy the Hot tub together under a blanket of stars!
