Located on the second floor, enjoy the open floor plan and the private balcony overlooking the pond and tranquil landscape. The fully equipped kitchen features custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and a breakfast bar. There is also a dining area with a large skylight making this a very bright and inviting property. The living area has plenty of seating for everyone and has access to the balcony. There is also a 43" SMART TV mounted on the wall.

Just past the living room is the Master bedroom with a king bed, walk-in closet, 43" SMART TV and a private bath. This bathroom has a granite double sink vanity and large shower with a bench and an overhead rain shower head. The second bedroom, off the entry foyer, has two double beds and a 43" SMART TV. Just off this bedroom is an hall bathroom with tub/shower combo.

The Barrington Park Complex is located Oceanside, just a 2 minute walk to the beach. It offers a large oceanfront pool, a hot tub, poolside restrooms & showers. There are also charcoal grills available near the pool as well as around the pond just outside the villa. This luxurious condo offers the perfect location and amenities for your next Hilton Head Island vacation. Palmetto Dunes Hilton Head has endless activities for the whole family to enjoy.

All was good. there was a dead cockroach in one of the bathrooms, we just cleaned it up. no issues, would book again.
