The Space:

Villa Nautilus offers a tranquil and luxurious experience right on the beach, within the exclusive Puerta Cortés Resort. This beautiful villa features a fully equipped and recently remodeled kitchen, as well as spacious areas perfect for relaxing with family or friends. The villa includes 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, providing comfort and privacy for all guests.



For your convenience, we offer internet, personalized concierge services, and a golf cart available to explore the resort. Enjoy outdoor activities with our kayak and paddleboard, or simply relax on the private patio. The villa is located near the new "Puerto" beach club, giving you easy access to breathtaking ocean views for total relaxation.



Whether you want to explore nearby beaches, take advantage of concierge services, or enjoy a day by the pool, Villa Nautilus has everything you need for an unforgettable stay.



This beachfront house offers a unique experience with spectacular ocean views and a warm, welcoming family atmosphere.



Before using the facilities, it’s important to register your name with the staff and mention that you are staying at Beach Villa 5.



Small dogs under 10 kg (25 lb) are allowed - ( pet fee of $100 USD per night applies).

Guest Access:

You will have access to the private Beach Club which is a few steps away from the Villa, a Gym and tenis courts. Take the golf cart and drive up to the Golf Course for a nice breakfast or lunch or enjoy the Gary Player Signature Golf Course with most holes overlooking the wonderful sea of Cortez.

For further enjoyment you can arrange for a day of scuba diving, snorkeling or fishing around the picturesque Espiritu Island all from the Marina of CostaBaja.

The Marina also offers several nice restaurants for you dining pleasure.



The Neighborhood:

The marina at Puerta Cortes Resort is a state-of-the-art facility that can accommodate yachts up to 250 feet in length.

Getting Around:

The Manuel Márquez de León International Airport (LAP) is located approximately 7 miles (11 km) from the Puerta Cortés Resort, which is about a 15-minute drive.



You might always be able to take a taxi from the hotel and their prices are very reasonable.

Important Notice – Beach Club Access



Please note that starting Semana Santa 2026 (late March 2026), the Blue Cortés Beach Club, located inside the Puerta Cortés Resort, will become exclusive to members only.



This policy is established by the resort and is outside of our control. We appreciate your understanding when planning your stay.



Alternative Amenities Available to Our Guests



Our guests will continue to enjoy access to the amenities at Hotel Índigo – Puerta Cortés, including:



• Puerto Beach Club

• Hotel gym

• Hotel swimming pool



Current Policy (Effective November 1st, 2025)



Until the exclusivity policy takes effect, access to Blue Cortés Beach Club requires a minimum consumption of $800 MXN per person.



This minimum consumption also applies to children over 12 years old.



Operating Hours



Beach Club operates from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Occasionally, special events may extend operating hours.
